You wake up, surrounded by your friends in a dry desert field, you're traumatized by the sight of them demolished, SMG4 was missing half of his face, Mario was impaled by multiple spikes, Axol, Boopkins and Bob were cut up into bits. Luigi was torn up while Saiko was practically bones, Meggy's body was burned, Beta and Skully were broken apart into pieces, and Melony was bleeding from the head.

Y/N: N-no..what the hell happened?...

Then you see Tari panicking.

Tari: Wh-what happened here?! Why is everyone dead?!

Y/N: I don't know..whoever did this is not in a good mood, and neither am I.

You then hear thunder, then a red lighting bold landed right in front of you, revealing the infamous Atomic Skully.

Y/N: You..

You get your sword, Tari hides behind you for protection.

Y/N: What have you done here?!

Atomic Skully:........

Y/N: Answer me!

He still remains silent, you see him approaching you and you had no other choice but to swing, you thought you got him, but he caught it with his bare hands and broke it into particles.

Y/N: What are you?! Literally, what the fuck are you supposed to be?!

You punch him in the face, your fist bounced off of his face.

Y/N: Ow..shit!..

Tari: I'm scared...I wish I was home..

Atomic Skully:.....

He glows and whipped his tail, making you and Tari fly into the sand dunes.

Tari: Ow..

Y/N: Tari! Are you ok?!

Tari: I think so-

A red beam hit Tari, evaporating her.

Y/N: NOOOO!

You get up and face off against this demon. You go and punch him, it hits but bounces your fist off again. He let out a shriek that bursted your eardrums out. Through the ringing of your ears, you hear a familiar voice.

Goku: Y/N.

Y/N: Goku?..is that you?

Goku: Yes, it is me, I'm here to help you. Help you strengthen yourself, don't let hatred and anger get to you, use your best defense, dodge blows and block punches, get him while he's weakened.

You slowly nod and run back up to him, you prepare for a block, he whipped his tail at you again, you put your arms up in a block and the blow only pushed you a few feet back.

Y/N: Come on then! Is that all you can do?!

He charges up his speed boost and runs at you at the speed of light, you jump out of the way as he passes you and zips around you in circles until he stops and goes in to kick you, out of nowhere you somehow knew where he was going and grab his shoe and toss him over into the sand. He gets back up and sends in a bunch of punches, you were ready to block them and did so, once he was worn out and needed to recharge, you used this opportunity to kick his ass, you punch him in the face, he stumbled back, you kicked him in the shin, sending him to the ground, and to end it all off, you grab ahold of his, spin him around and threw him into the mountains in the distance.

Y/N: Defeated. As you should've been.

A portal opens, revealing this place was all just an illusion.

Y/N: What? So if I go into this portal..

You touch it and we're automatically warped back into your room with Melony cuddling close to you.

Y/N: Oh thank god..everyone's alive..

-Meanwhile-

The nuclear power plant in the mushroom kingdom is very underrated, but not for one.

E.Gadd: So how's the radioactive serum? Is it bad?

Knuckles: So far so good, whoever could get ahold of that stuff could lead to a real danger to the world if put into the wrong hands.

E.Gadd: Good, let's keep it safe.

Knuckles then spots a red star beaming in the sky.

Knuckles: Uh, what is that?

E.Gadd: What is what?

He looks the other way and spots it too.

E.Gadd: It appears to be a red giant..but how'd a red giant get this close to Earth?

Then the beam starts to head closer and closer, until they realized this wasn't a star.

Knuckles: LOOK OUT!

Knuckles saves E.Gadd from being rammed away, then they look up to see the our Atomic friend again.

E.Gadd: What is that?!

Knuckles: I don't know!

He gets up and punches Atomic Skully, he returns fire and claws his eye, sending him onto the floor.

E.Gadd: Take this!

He shocks him with a taser, until he only stood there, unfazed by the attack. He grabs ahold of E.Gadd and throws him into the woods. He looks up and saw the steaming radioactive serum and flies up there to take a look, then he takes a drink from it, causing him to glow more and more until he flies upward and downward, making a large crater in the ground.

Y/N: What was that?

Melony woke up to the sounds of that noise as well.

Melony: Hi Y/N! Are you ok?

Y/N: Oh, I'm just fine, you seem to like cuddling me though..considering we share the same bed since Peach doesn't have enough..

Melony blushes and remembers she's cuddling you, she pulls back and looks away in embarrassment.

Melony: I-I'm sorry.

Y/N: Don't be, it's okay.

Melony looks back at you.

Melony: So we can still cuddle?...

Y/N: Of course we can.

She smiled and goes back to cuddling you.

You soon realized how attached she's grown towards you, you keep wondering if she actually likes you, like more than a friend.

Y/N: Hey..Melony?

Melony: Yes?

Y/N: I've wanted to ask you one question..

Melony: Oh, ok! What is it?
