There was also a time when some news were spreading around that although he covers his face with a mask he still looks dashing and handsome and was also classified among one of the top eligible bachelors in the country.
But joan didn't bother doing any research about him because she didn't care and she didn't think that she should be bothered by someone/something which didn't concern her.
There were also few times when him and his family would come over for dinner and she would always try her best to avoid coming to the dining but that couldn't work because her mom wouldn't allow it happen, she tried asking joan what the problem was but she just formed up lies upon lies which her mother didn't believe and at the end she eventually went to the dinning room.
While at the dinning room she always made sure to sit very far away from Damien because something about him creeps her out and not to mention the fact that he hardly talks, only when needed to.
There are also sometimes when she tries looking at him when he's not aware and would immediately avert her eyes because she couldn't stand the aura that emitted from him.
There was a time when she was looking at his face trying to fathom how he looks like without any mask on his face and she completely forgot herself, it wasn't until their eyes met each others and she nearly choked on her food.
There was something about his gaze, the intensity of it, it was as if he was trying to convey a message to her through his eyes, for a moment there she almost peed herself.
He was about to stand up to help her out but her mother had already taken the move and went to her side while giving her some water to calm down, all this while she still felt his gaze on her and she thanked God her mother had reached her before he could if not something worst than choking on her food would have happened to her.
