Damien had always thought about this moment when he would get married to the love of his life and she would fully become his, this was what helped him to remain patient knowing that at the end, the wait would be worth it, and truly it was worth it because he now had his bride and the love of his life in his hands.
He anticipated the moment when the pastor would say the words he had been waiting to hear since this marriage started, which as - 'You may now kiss the bride'. He had waited long enough just for her to get ready and be prepared for this marriage as he didn't want to rush her or force anything upon her.
At least he deserves a kiss from his bride, the most beautiful woman he has ever set his eyes on and also the most beautiful bride in the whole world right now. Damien thought as he went much closer to Joan.
When he was close enough to her, her wrapped his arms around her waist and then used one hand to lift her chin up.
Damien was dumbstrucked, she was just as beautiful as he remembered probably even more beautiful now.
Those beautiful brown orbs of hers, he could spend all night looking at and down to her cute pointed nose which fitted her perfectly and then her full luscious pink lips.
Damien couldn't hold it any longer, he suddenly felt a strong urge to kiss her.
And then with her chin still lifted up, he leaned down and planted his lips on hers.
All this while Joan's heart was beating so loudly that she was sure damien could hear it, she felt a shiver going down her spine and tingles on different parts of her body She then felt his lips moving on hers, his lips were also soft even softer than his hands, joan thought as she closed her eyes and slowly responded to the kiss too as she started moving her lips with his.
Joan heard the sound of claps which came from the congregation as they kissed and then after some moments they pulled away and stared at each other.
Damien was looking at her with so much love and admiration for her in his eyes, while Joan just stared at him with a flushed face and with a blush tainting her cheeks.
Then they turned away from each other and they faced the congregation who were already on their feets clapping and cheering for them.
