You and Crutchie are going out on a date and it is the first date where yiu guys are able to go out to a nicer place. Thankfully Ms.Medda said you could watch the show that night for free so all you had to pay for was supper. You were currently at Katherine's house getting ready.
"Kath what if he don't like the way I look all dolled up, I means he has never seen me like this before?"

"If you say so, just don't do so much makeup I don't wanna look to different."
"Haha okay I won't." Katherine does light curls in your hair and light makeup. She did some tint on your face to cover any discoloration, some mascara, blush, and a basic lip to keep it simple. You look breath taking considering how you normally look. Katherine was letting you borrow one of her dresses for the night and you could not be more thankful to have her as a friend.

Crutchie heads out of the room to see you waiting for him already. His jaw drops when he sees you. He hobbles over to you on his crutch and kisses you.

You arrive at Ms.Medda's theater. You both give Medda a hug and you two take a seat in the front row to watch the Bowery Beauties. Crutchie couldn't keep his eyes off you and kept holding your hand the whole show.
You smiled at him and kissed his cheek. The show ends and you head over Katz's Deli not a fancy resturant but fancy for you guys.
You get seated at a table and Crutchie grabs your hand.

The waitress comes back with your food and you both enjoy a nice dinner talking and laughing.
Crutchie pays the bill even though you offered to pay but he insisted and you two walk hand and hand down the Brooklyn Bridge.
You look into each others eyes only feeling love when you kiss again. Crutchie reaches into his pocket and pulls out a black box.
"Y/n when I met you I knews yous was the one." "I knows we is both still kids but I loves you so much so I wanted to give you this." He opens up the box to reveal the ring. You gasp and cover your mouth in shock.
"I know it isn't much but it is a promise ring cause I promise to always be withs yous no matter what." "I remeber how yous told me your favorite color was orange and pink so I got yous an orange and pink ring and the hearts represent us."
He slides the ring onto your finger and you giggle and just pull him into a kiss.
"Thank you Crutchie yous didn't have to get me this it must have been really expensive let me pays yous back."

You two lay under the stars together before heading back to the lodge hand in hand and in love.
