bubblegum (erasermic)

3rd POV

in the dorms, Aizawa was sat on the sofa. he was watching Eri, but she was long gone to play with Midoriya, so Aizawa ended up falling asleep. he slept peacefully, entirely unaware of what was to come.

not so peacefully, Kaminari, Mina, Sero and Kirishima were stood right behind him. Kaminari was chewing on a huge wad of bubblegum, while the other three recorded and cheered him on. he was going to make the worlds biggest bubble from bubblegum - well hed try at least. whether or not he was successful was entirely down to chance. he started blowing the bubble, and it grew bugger, and bigger, and bigger, until..

*POP*

uh oh.

that wasnt good.

the bubble popped..

"oh shit dude youre screwed!" Kirishima shouted, the three laughing while Kaminari just stood there with his face covered in gum, teriffied
"duuudeee, oh my god no its all up in his hair!!" sero exclaimed, then poked the gum in Aizawa's hair.. it was all over. Aizawa was gonna be pissed when he woke up.
"quick Kami go wash your face off hide the evidence!!" he ran off to clean his face, just as Aizawa was waking up..

"ugh.." Shota rubbed his eye and sat up, then ran his hands back through his hair- or at least attempted to. he barely got them through before he had to stop and pull his hands back, so he looked at them and- they were covered in strands of black hair and disgusting pink goo.
"what the fuck happened while i was asleep?" he mutters to himself then wipes his hands off to grab his phone from his pocket. he takes a picture of the back of his head.
"..shit." is all he says before he sends the picture to his husband Hizashi.

Zashi💛: shit Sho what even happened?
Shota🖤: dunno. i was asleep.
Zashi💛: looks like bubblegum to me, that stuff isnt gonna come out
Shota🖤: you sure?
Zashi💛: remember the incident in high school? i had to cut it out
Shota🖤: im gonna kill these kids oh my god
Zashi💛: im on my way to the dorms babe well find out who did it dont worry
Shota🖤: bring some scissors
Zashi💛: ive got everything i need dont worry

Shota puts his phone back in his pocket and sighs. these kids are gonna be the death of him.

~~~time skip: half an hour~~~

Aizawa POV:

id almost fallen asleep again when Hizashi walked in, loudly as usual, holding a small bag.
"whats in the bag, hot stuff?"
"scissors. and clippers, just incase."
"youre not shaving my head, Hizashi."
"just incase, Shota. just incase.
"fine, fine, come over here.."
Hizashi walks over to me in the kitchen and sets the bag on the side, taking everything out
"cmon, sit on a stool. ill try to keep as much length as i can."
"Hizashi if you buzz it off i will actually murder you"
"i know baby."
Hizashi starts cutting out the gum from my hair, then stops.
"here, put these in" he hands me a pair of earbuds
"why?"
"you think im stupid? you dont like the sound of the scissors, thats why you always get me to cut your hair instead of going somewhere because at least you trust me but you cant stand the sound"
"ugh. whatever." i put the headphones in and play the music, then close my eyes.

it takes a little while, but i feel the buzz against the back of my head and flinch forwards
"Hizashi."
"Sho, theres still gum right at your roots, i need to."

Hizashi POV:

Shota lets out a soft whimper and just turns up the music, then pulls his knees to his chest. i take that as the go ahead and carefully finish cutting his hair. its a shame, really. he looked beautiful with his long hair, but hes still gorgeous either way.. now time to find out who did it. i text 1-a's whatsapp groupchat and tell them all to come down to the common room
within five minutes. then i tap Shota on the shoulder.
"honey, the class is coming down in five, im gonna find out who did this ok?"
he doesnt respond, so i pull one of his headphones out, then repeat myself.
"ok.." is all he says and puts the headphone back in and rests his chin on his folded arms

all of the kids are in the common room now, so i go and stand in front of them, then see Eri with Midoriya.
"Eri sweetheart, go give daddy a hug yeah? hes not feeling so good" i smile softly at her
"ok!" she runs over to shota and hugs his leg
"alright everyone. while Shota was asleep, somebody got bubblegum in his hair, which ive then had to cut out. fess up, and your punishment wont be too bad."
"can we see his hair though?" Mina pipes up, and i shake my head
"not right now. youll see on Monday, but hes had his hair long since high school. he was pretty attached, and pretty much all of it is gone. so fess up."
"itwasmeimreallysorryididntmeantoitwasanaccident!" kaminari says, and i figure out he means 'it was me im really sorry i didnt mean to it was an accident!' and i just sigh
"why, Kaminari."
"it was an accident im sorry!"
"if it were up to me, youd be in detention for a month. Shota is probably gonna be a lot harsher than that."
Kaminari nods
"can we go back upstairs now?" Bakugo asks, and i nod
"yes you can. Kaminari you stay down here though, im sure Shota will want a word."
"no. go upstairs. all of you." can be heard from the kitchen and everyone instantly looks over to Shota, who is currently walking over with Eri in his arms.

"OH MY GOD MR AIZAWAAA YOU LOOK SO COOL!!" Mina shouts, and Shota just rolls his eyes
"i thought i told you to go upstairs."
"right, yes sir" Mina runs upstairs with the rest of the class

"it was Kaminari."
"i heard."
"what you gonna do about it?"
"nothing." Shota puts Eri down and she runs to the lift
"nothing?"
"nothing." he pulls me onto the sofa with him and curls into my side
"..hey, Shota?"
"mm..?"
"im gonna cut my hair."
"what? no! no, Hizashi, your hair is your thing, everyone knows you by your hair and how obnoxious you are, you cant just cut all your hair off!"
"you can, why cant i?"
"your stupid agency might drop you for it Hizashi, you cant.."
"they cant, im literally the CEO. its fine, Shota.. i want to.." he buries his face in my side, and i feel my side start to become damp "dont cry, love.."
"i hate bubblegum. Hitoshi and Eri arent allowed near it."
"okay sweetheart."
