As promised, Jacques's guard and servants were replenished. They weren't exactly ''new.'' Pierre recruted them from the castle of Bellême. No justice was received for Jacques's lost employment or guard. Your father had already struck first on the matter. Claiming ''self defense'' and ''rescue.'' The matter had been waived off before Jacques or Pierre could strike.

This was not taken so lightly by Jacques. He decided he was going to storm your estate, and take YOU BACK. He was going over the plan's in his head as the servants suited him up with his armor. As his dagger and sword were belted around his waist, he decided to place on another belt for two swords.

Jacques had decided ONLY to take ten men. He knew this wasn't going to be an ''All-Out'' war. He ALSO knew your father or ANYONE with military experience, wouldn't take that big of a risk. He walked out and got on his horse. The ten men got on their's as well. He then pulled his helmet down and took off with everyone following.

—————————————————————————

You were confined to your room most of the day. NONE of YOUR servant's would even acknowledge you anymore! They just did their jobs and left. It was like the WHOLE household was turned against you.

It didn't really bother you. You didn't really commune with them. The past few days have been BORING! You had read every book in your room, practiced calligraphy, and other activities from your books. You weren't allowed into the library. You would have access to write a message and your father did not want you communicating. The original plan WAS to KILL Jacques and take you, but he wasn't there. Instead, he had his guards and servants killed to send a message!

The message was well received as Jacques and some of his guard were galloping your way.

As they went farther in to the southern region, they ALL slowed their horses down to a trot. They reached a patch of trees in front of your estate were they dismounted and tied their horses. They snuck around in the bushes and met in an area to go over plans again.

A worker outside the estate noticed them and went inside to tell your father. He stood up behind his desk. ''The snake wants to lash out? Good. Makes chopping his head off easier,'' he said as he left to prepare his BEST soldiers.

Jacques emerged out of the bushes with his men. He and his men SLOWLY approached the bridge that led to the doors. This was TOO easy and kind of odd. Little did they know, your father had a killer archer on the battlement, he had already killed a soldier without them making a sound.

Soon, another and another fell silently. Jacques looked behind before they were about to storm and saw the three bodies.

''Retreat! There's a sniper!'' he yelled. As soon as Jacques said that, a pile of your father's soldiers bursted out and surrounded Jacques and the eight men he had left.

This was bad. At certain points, one solider would step forward to take on one of Jacques's men. Wasn't long before two decided to gang up on one making the other fall.

You were made to watch by your father as you saw everyone of Jacques's men put to the sword. You watched in COMPLETE HORROR as Jacques was the ONLY one left surrounded.

You KNEW you HAD to do something or he was going to be killed! You got up and excused yourself to do some ''toiletry matters.'' A brisk walk turned into a full on sprint as you made it out the servant door's in the back. From there, you ran to the stables and released ALL twenty horses!

They ALL bolted to the front, surprising your father's men and trampling some. You saw Jacques leap on to one of the running horses. It looked like he was going to escape, but all of a sudden, an arrow struck him, followed by another and another. He still kept a grip on the horse's neck as it safely distanced from your estate.

—————————————————————————

Jacques successfully managed to steer the horse to his estate in his condition. When he made it to the doors, he fell off the horse's back. He had NO strength left, the worst part was he FAILED you.

Servants rushed outside to gather him off the ground. They took him inside one of the guest bedrooms and started removing armor. Miraculously, the arrowhead hit where the smallest part's of flesh that were exposed. Meaning, this person was good, very good!

NO ONE had experience with pulling arrows out, so someone rode out to fetch a doctor.

—————————————————————————

One could not be found since they were ALL in use somewhere. A healer from a little hut was brought back. She claimed she could do this task along with making healing ointments and potions. To be honest, this was a gamble. She was a witch too.

Jacques let her in to do the job. He just wanted these things out, didn't matter who did it! One by one, she took them out. Painful grunts we're let out on his end. The witch wrapped each of the arrow wound's with bandages and her own healing ointment. It was cool and soothing, which gave Jacques's body some peace.

Some medicine to help him sleep was leftover from your stay. Servants had mixed some into some tea and served it to him. He drank it all then returned to the position on his stomach. His eye's were getting heavy as everyone cleared out. The witch was the last to leave. She turned around and held the door. ''Your lover and I will cross paths.''

Back at your estate, your father's hand struck your face as you fell to the floor. He was FURIOUS. His men were about to END Jacques until YOU pulled that stunt!

Your father wouldn't even talk to you. Instead, he pulled you by your hair down the hall as you tried to keep up and cried.

When you both made it to your bedroom door, you were thrown in, landing on the floor. Next, you heard the door slam and the lock being activated.

You continued to cry on the floor as a plan formed in your head. You stood up as you thought more about it, then FULLY commuted to the idea. This man was NOT going to write your life story! Enough was enough.
