The Revivers, the Squad, and Scott arrive all at the same place which happens to be in the center of town. North from them is Town Hall (Where Chloe lives)."Okay, the plan is to avoid North and check out the town and see if we can find Katherine. Meet me back here no later than noon." Melody commands.
Katherine, Melissa, and Phoenix walked all over town before arriving at their final destination. Town Hall.
"Are you ready?" Melissa inquired.
"Absolutely." Katherine says confidently. "We'll be waiting here for you." Melissa says. "Okay. Here we go." Katherine knocks on the door. A few seconds later the doors swing open to reveal a white, blonde girl wearing a red dress, working on something that appears to be a new additional building.
"Hello?" Katherine asked. The girl looks up from her work and smiles.
"Hello, you must be one of the new residents." The girl says. "I am." Katherine says. "Please sit." The girl signals her new resident to a white chair in front of her desk. The girl grabs a file and a form that hasn't been filled out yet. "So, my name is Chloe, I'm the Mayor of The Land of Unfinished Business, if you have a problem don't be afraid to come and tell me, and finally don't break any of the rules. Now onto the questions. What is your name, age, birthday, natural hair color, eye color, signature color, favorite gem, and if you could have 3 powers, what would they be?" Chloe asked. "Katherine Arya Hart, 18, November 24, brunette, diamond blue, ocean blue, emerald, and if I had 3 powers...I would like to control ice/snow, water, and beauty" Katherine answers. Chloe writes all of it down on the form and places it in the file. "I don't understand why you would want beauty. You already look beautiful." Chloe smiles. Katherine beams at the compliment. Then, Chloe puts the form in a filing cabinet. "So, Katherine, you've met your housemates?" Chloe asked. "I have. They're really nice." Katherine answers. "How does this place make you feel?" Chloe inquired, while straightening her dress. "Well, I don't know how to answer that. I did only get here today, but to say the least I wouldn't mind living here. Although, I would miss my friends and family dearly." Katherine states.
"So, you're saying that you wouldn't mind living here, but you would just miss your previous life?" She asked with curiosity. "Exactly." Katherine says. "Well Katherine, I hope you enjoy it here. Also, there's a Moonlight Festival tonight. You should go." Chloe recommends. "I will most definitely attend." Katherine says, joyfully. "It begins at dusk." Chloe says as she goes back to work. Before Katherine gets up to leave, Chloe gives her an ocean blue, diamond necklace and tells her to go to the hospital for an injection. "Bye Katherine." Chloe says. "Bye Chloe." Katherine says and walks out of Town Hall. Outside, Phoenix, Melissa, and Rhett were all waiting outside.
"So, how'd it go?" Rhett asked, hoping that it went well. "It went well." Katherine says with delight.
"So, are you ready for your injection?" Melissa asked. "As ready as I'll ever be." Katherine says excitedly. The 4 of them walk to the hospital and start getting ready for Katherine's injection.
After her injection, they start walking towards their house, then all of a sudden her necklace starts glowing a bright blue color. "Don't worry about that. It's normal around here." Rhett says, convincingly. Katherine nods and once they make it back to their house, they all sit down and watch a movie, waiting for the Moonlight Festival.
(With Collins and Scott)
Collins and Scott are walking in and out of alleyways while being completely silent. Until Scott breaks the silence. "Do you miss Mom? Ever? I know I'm being a little straightforward, but I had to ask." Colin stops walking, but also stays silent for a moment before saying, "Yes, I do, Scott. All the time, but you know that we couldn't get back together." Scott looks down at his watch then up at the clock. "It's 3:30AM at home. 11:30 AM here." Colin thinks about his ex-wife before saying, "Now that is odd. Let's get back to the center of town." The father and son start walking into town.
(With Chloe)
Chloe starts getting things ready for the Moonlight Festival. All of a sudden, Chloe gets an alert on her monitor about something that doesn't belong in her dimension. She starts checking the secret security cameras located all over town, until she finds the one, she was looking for. She looks closely at the camera and identifies every single person in the center of town. As she listens into their conversation until she hears everything she needs. "Oh Aaron, have you learned nothing from me? Everyone has a weakness." Chloe laughs. "And I have a gift for finding it." Chloe leans back in her chair. Then, she goes over to her microphone that connects to the speakers. "Everyone who has not gotten a flyer to the Moonlight Festival, please report to Town Hall immediately." She knew Aaron and Cliff would get the message and come and talk to her.
A few moments later, Aaron and Cliff walk into Town Hall. Chloe smirks at the two of them. "Well, if it isn't my two, profound brothers. Welcome back." Chloe greets. "If you called us here you must want something. So, what is it?" Cliff asked urgently. "It's not about what I want...it's about what I don't want, and I don't want you or your little team here anymore." Chloe states in a demanding voice. Aaron and Cliff exchanged looks.
"Well, you should've thought about that before you brought my niece to your...town." Cliff said in a stern voice. Chloe signals for them to sit down. The two brothers sit down in front of their sister. "This isn't your town, my darling brothers. You're in my town, so you're going to play by my rules. Or else." Chloe warns them.
"Am I supposed to say, 'or else what'?" Aaron said, sarcastically. "No matter what you say...no matter how much you threaten us...we are not leaving without Katherine." Aaron states. Chloe smirks. "You don't want to leave?" Chloe questioned. Then she writes down several names at the bottom on a scroll and puts it in front of her brothers. As they read it, they saw a list of all the Revivers, the Squad, Scott, and their own names.

Chloe smiles at her brothers. "Then, don't leave." Aaron looks at the paper again. "You are pure evil." Chloe is hurt at first but doesn't show it.
"You should go get ready for the festival. We can chat after it if you'd like." All three of them get up and Aaron and Cliff walk out, but before they leave Chloe tosses them 4 keys.
"It looks like you'll be here for a while. Might as well have a place to stay" Chloe teases. The brothers walked outside and into a diner where everyone else was waiting. "So, how'd it go?" Summer asked, concerned. "Well looks like we won't be leaving anytime soon." Aaron replied, dreadfully. "What do you mean? I have a biology test on Tuesday and I'm not trying to miss it." Scott exclaims. Colin nudges his son. "I know and they have to go back to college...and the kids and-" Aaron gasped and covered his mouth in realization. "Guys...what did we do about Ellie Claire?" Aaron gasped as everyone else, but Scott exchanged nervous looks. Then, they all say...
