"Your mother fought side by side Erin???" Kurt says suprised but Iris covers his mouth
"Not so loud!" Iris says whispering and uncovers his mouth "yes i am her daughter but no one knows this due to me being a secret to everyone" Iris says "she was gonna announce me but then i got my father killed...." iris stops saddened and Kurt looks at her confused "it was a long time ago when i was a young elf i have just turned one hundred years old my father wanted to bring me out into the forest where he would normally take me when i was little to give me my coming of age present a longbow passed down from my fathers legacy of rangers but then Lycans attacked us my father fought valiantly and i tried to fight but my fear for violence and blood hindered me and i ran dropping the bow...." Iris says "that's when i ran away from home,changed my name and dyed my hair.....i wanted to help but my fear froze me..." Iris says saddened and Kurt looking sad as if feeling bad for her pats her head
"You said you wanted to see your mother theres more to it isn't there?" Kurt asks and Iris nods
"I wanted to confront her and finally put everything to rest" Iris says
"So you mearly used us" Lady says and Kurt looks at her then back at Iris and then Kurt pets her head
"I'm sorry" Iris says
"Hey it's ok i mean you deserve to bury the hatchet with your mom....and if she doesn't want to well atleast you're your own person now and you can do as you please" Kurt says and Iris smiles a bit but Lady glares at her a bit "come on lets go to your mothers.....uh where is that?" Kurt asks and Iris points off to a huge oak tree in the back of the village with a oak leaf symbol on the front "ah there i did not think that" Kurt says rubbing his head and Iris laughs a bit and Kurt smiles seeing shes cheering up. Going to the enlarged oak tree the group and Iris gets stopped by elven guards with rapiers
"Stop who are you all?" The elven guard to the left asks with authority in his voice
"Were the blackguard company you know the band of mercs thats been helping everyone out for coin and glory especially me Kurt Urlwis the ashen wolf I'm probably big deal now with my mates Raloran the rabbit gunner,Lady the silent,Magun the ferocious and Iris Neverfall the uh..........holy lady" Kurt says "we are here on king Erins orders to meet with your archdruid Myvannavar" he adds and shows the paper Erin has given him and the guard takes it looking at it then heads into the large tree then after a bit of time comes back out giving back the paper
"I am sorry but archdruid Myvannavar is with her circle discussing matters at hand you will have to wait til there done" the guard says
"What??" Kurt says "well when do you think they will be done??" Kurt asks looking at the guards
"Tough to say they would go on and on for days,weeks,even months on end" the guard says and Kurts mouth is agape and gets back with the others so they can talk out of the guards earshot
"Ok we cannot wait for them to finish so we need a plan anyone?" Kurt asks
"We could go guns blazing and explosives" Raloran suggest
"Or i could sneak in and steal the rune" Lady says
"Uhm perhaps i could reccomend a idea one that does not make us look like monsters or thieves?" Iris says
"And what would that be?" Lady asks glaring at her a bit calmly
"W-well if you leave a note by me somewhere mother would see it she would have to talk to us" Iris says "i know my mother and me have our differences but my mothers pride is something she holds dear to her" she adds and Kurt thinks a bit on it
"Well.....we would want to reduce our casualties" Kurt says
"Great i uhm i have a letter already wrote up so if you could place it somewhere miss?" Iris says offering it to Lady and she sighs and grabs it putting it away and Lady looks at the tree
