As the group head out of venessas tower Kurt,Lady,and Magun look at Raloran being carried in Cybels pack worried for him
"What?" Raloran says looking at the three
"We just wanted to know how you're holding up" Kurt says
"I'm fine i just wanna get this done kill Xatharuz and maybe go to the grave i made for my wife and kids if we have time after this" Raloran says and has Cybel walk ahead and Kurt sighs unable to help him but Lady comforts Kurt
"He will be fine like before he just needs this Kurt and we need to help him the best we can" Lady says
"The pain the rabbit is feeling is deep like a wound we must let it heal" Magun says
"Right" Kurt answers and they follow trying to catch up to Raloran. Heading out of the city they head towards the battlefield "so any clue what this will be like?" Kurt asks looking at the others "I'm thinking the usual weapons clashing soldiers fighting valiantly catapults dead bodies littered" as he says all that he gets stopped falling into a trench and the others look down to him "a.....hole?" Kurt says confused but then Cragsinian troops rushes past him and a explosion rings out nearby and the others get down and Kurt gets back up on his feet "what the hell is going on!?" Kurt asks looking around
"Cragsin does war a little bit differently" Raloran says
"A little bit!?" Kurt asks and he and the others look out seeing rabbit humanoids like Raloran in the trenches on the other side and then they run off and men with boar like features get up from the trenches wielding shields,maces,and scaled armor
"There trying to push through!" A guard says and the guards start shooting at the hybrids multiple times taking out multiple hybrids but a few keep on there feet walking with others getting closer and Kurt is suprised by it
"Dammit they just keep coming!" Another guard says
"Fuck this I'm leaving I'm not gonna be hybrid chow!!!" A third guard says and runs and the others look at each other and run off as well
"Well i guess there not that couragous" Kurt says and Magun nods agreeing "our best bet now is to go onto the battlefield and fight them" Kurt adds
"Not smart look" Raloran says pointing out a large cannon like gun of sorts pointing upward into the sky in the furthest back manned by three rabbit hybrids in the back "that there is a mortar if we go out there gonna start opening firing on us and the soldiers" Raloran explains and Kurt thinks a bit
"Lady think you can get through if we become the bait and take out the mortar?" Kurt asks
"I can i just need to get over to the other side without being seen by them" Lady says looking over thinking then spots at the far end to her left a bit of there trench that seems to be unfinished "there i can go at it to the side and get to the mortar" Lady says
"Then guess were going out first Magun you ready??" Kurt asks and Magun nods
"I'll support from the back Cybel follow them" Raloran says and Cybel nods following them as Kurt and Magun get up on the battlefield and as they go up Lady start to get to the far left end of the trench ready to move and Raloran sets up a sniping position at a platform aiming then Kurt,Magun,and Cybel rushes at the group of hybrids causing them to get into a defensive position and Lady notices the Mortar team scrambling about getting ready then gets up out of the trench and rushes off unoticed by any of the hybrids then reaches the trench on the other side jumping down hiding. Skulking around the trench full of rabbit hybrids like Raloran she makes it to the mortar firing off shells and being manned by two rabbit hybrids loading and firing scrambling about Lady then readies her crossbow firing and rapidly reloads then fires again before the other notices killing both of the mortar men stopping the shells from firing then notices looking down she sees a few rabbit hybrid men and women getting ready in the trenches aiming out towrds Kurt and the others and Raloran doesn't notice them killing a boar hybrid with his shots she then reloads her crossbow getting ready. She then takes aim at a rabbit firing off a bolt at a rabbit hybrid hitting him in the head and droping him then hides as they notice the body and try to look around for her,meanwhile on the battlefield Magun rushes at a boar hybrid punching with all his might hurting the boar but the boar retaliates seeing a opening trying to swing at Magun but he dodges and counters kicking at him,Kurt then rushes at a boar hybrid himself cleaving at him but then the boar counters seeing a chance to attack but Kurt blocks it still standing. Raloran aims for the boar near Kurt firing and the shots hit piercing through its armor and Cybel attacks the last hybrid near Magun then notices the rabbit hybrids in the trenches past everyone
