Yoru crawls over to the alarm clock to stop it without even opening his eyes and once he turns it off he just lays down and hugs whatever is Infront of him
"Ah...so warm.." Yoru said quietly in his morning voice still not even wanting to open his eyes but then he feels a pair of arms wrap around him
"It's cuz what your hugging is me bruv"
"Huh?" Yoru opens his eyes and takes awhile to process what's going on since he just woke up
Both men just stared into each others eyes until the riftwalker blushed brightly finally realizing he's on top of the firebird, Yoru turned his gaze away and covered his face with his hand
Yoru completely forgot that he fell asleep in the firebirds bed but was also really embarrassed because of the dream that he had
"Did you sleep alright?" The firebird asked in his deep morning voice which the riftwalker swooned over
"Ah....it was.. alright" Yoru said quietly while he was still quite embarrassed
"I think it was more than alright" Phoenix says as he turns the riftwalkers head to face him "you were making some interesting sounds as you slept and said some surprising things as well"
"I-i...don't know what your talking about, the bed isn't even that comfortable so I didn't get any good sleep" Yoru said as he hid his face behind one of his hands
"How'd you fall asleep then? If it was so uncomfortable you would have had a hard time falling asleep, ah and speaking of...hard...could you get off of me bruv? I-it's getting really difficult to think straight" Phoenix says blushing
The riftwalker was confused on what the firebird was talking about until he felt a little twitch against his junk, only then Yoru knew what was happening, both men had morning wood while laying against each other...well...maybe Yorus was because of a different reason
"Yoru..." Phoenix said softly as he Caressed the riftwalkers cheek
Yorus heart raced so fast, to the riftwalker it was so loud that he himself thought that even the firebird could hear it "w-what?, it's to early in the morning to deal with you, just let go of me so I can get ready for the day." Yoru said this very hesitantly because in reality he wanted this, Yoru wanted to be right there on top of the firebird
Phoenix slowly brought his thumb from the hand that was caressing the riftwalkers cheek to Yorus lips, gently massaging his soft lips.
All Yoru could do was stare at the firebirds lips, the temptation to just lay his lips against Phoenixs was strong
Both men looked into each others eyes until Yoru had just enough and couldn't help himself anymore. The riftwalker placed both his hands on the firebirds cheeks and stroked them softly and then started to lean in
[Knock!---Knock!---Knock!]
Loud knocks rang through the room that startled both men and then a voice was heard
"Phoenix! Get up fire boy, I wanna go on a run so hurry up and get up!"
The voice came from the firebirds best friend, Jett
"I'm getting up, I'll meet you in the kitchen!" Phoenix yelled back at the wind girl, he seemed pretty irritated but when he stared back at the blushing riftwalker he just smiled
"Nope, not leaving till you open this door so I know your actually awake, so hurry up and get ready pretty boy!"
Phoenix signed and then placed his hands on Yorus hands that were caressing his cheeks
Yoru gave a light smile and then just got off Phoenix to sit up "you should get ready, I'll leave a bit later when I don't hear anyone around" Yoru said quietly to not be heard
"Ah..yeah..okay, thanks bruv" Phoenix responded but sounded disappointed
"Oh and by the way you don't have to be to quiet, all the rooms are almost completely sound proof, that's why I had to yell to talk back to Jett" Phoenix said as he sat up and gave the riftwalker a little nudge
"Huh? What was that for idiot" Yoru looked at Phoenix with confusion
Phoenix smerked "oh nothing butterfly, just giving you a little warning for when you are being loud, but don't worry I'll cover those lips of yours with mine if it really comes down to it"
Yoru blushed and hid his face from the firebird by looking the other way
"You say the most ridiculous things, just shut up and get ready"
Phoenix signed "yeah, yeah, alright" the firebird got up and started to put some clothes on
Yoru bit his lip as he watched the firebird get changed, the riftwalker loved the firebirds body, to him it was perfect in everyway from head to toe.
Phoenix looked into his mirror and could see the riftwalker staring at him and smiled, Phoenix liked having yoru with him in his room, it was comforting in a way for some reason.
Once Phoenix finished changing he went over to Yoru and leaned in to kiss the riftwalkers ear gently
"See you later my butterfly" Phoenix whispered softly in Yorus ear
Yoru blushed "y-yeah..have fun on your little jog"
Phoenix smiled and started to walk to his door but felt a soft hand grab his, he looked back at Yoru with a confused look but then the riftwalker lifted up the firebirds hand to land a light kiss on it
Phoenix blushed and was surprised by the riftwalkers little action
Yoru was pleased with the reaction that he got out of the firebird and smiled at him "Have fun, Grant" Yoru said this as his lips were still close to the firebirds hand so he felt the breath of the riftwalker on his hand
This sent a shiver down Phoenixs spine "I-i..have to go now, you can rest in my room for as long as you want"
Yoru let go of Phoenixs hand and smiled at him "will do, now go, I'll see you later"
The firebird nodded and started walking towards the door, opening it just enough to get out but not wide enough for a Jett to see Yoru
Once the door closed Yoru sat back on the firebirds bed, he could hear the two chatting amongst themselves
"Woah are you alright? Your face is really red, are you sick? If you weren't feeling good you could have just said so" Jett placed her hands on her hips and questioned Phoenix
"Oh..uh I don't really know but I know I'm not sick so let's just go for the jog"
"If you say so pretty boy, now let's go!" Jett said in excitement as she grabbed the firebirds hand
Phoenix quickly took his hand away from Jett "Please don't grab my hand mate, I'm not really feeling all touchy today"
Jett looked at Phoenix with a sad expression "ah, yeah alright, we all have our bad days but hopefully some morning training will change that" Jett gave Phoenix a light smile and started to walk in the direction that lead to the outside
("Phoenix not feeling touchy? How odd, he's usually in everyone's personal space and hugging almost all the agents, well trying to hug them all. Did I do something? Or did that Yoru do something...") Jett looked back at Phoenix, he gave her a light smile and she gave him one back
("Phoenix isn't gay, right? Could he be bi? Ah..I'm probably just overthinking things, their just friends...yeah..just friends. I don't need to worry, I've got time to confess, hopefully")
The walk to where they usually have their jog was completely silent, both of them seemed to be completely lost in their thoughts.
