The Dono Cruiser was a ship designated for Arkadia's prison system. The ship usually took position at the back of the fleet, two ships behind the Aplha cruiser. The entire Arkadian fleet had 13 cruisers, the Alpha cruiser being the head of the fleet where the royal council and high ranking guards lived with their families. The rest of the cruisers in the Arkadian fleet were designated for different tasks. Two cruisers housed the agricultural systems and space farms, three were designated for families and children in school, three were designated to train the guards and explorer crew, two were purely used for scientific and technological research and housed the smarted scientist, programmers, and mechanics, and then of course there was the Skai Cruiser, a small yet powerful ship used for important voyages usually with diplomatic priorities.
Clarke Griffin was a particularly well known name amongst the Arkadian fleet. Rumors always spread fast amongst the massive cruisers and when word got out that Clarke, daughter of Senator Abigail Griffin was sent to the Dano prison cruiser, Clarke found herself become the most infamous Arkadian in the entire fleet almost over night. Although everyone knew there was confirmation of her arrival to the station as a prisoner 6 weeks ago, agreement on why she was there was not reached among Arkadians. Her files were kept very much under wraps following the strict orders of the royal council and no one had any real guesses about the reason she was there, most only able to guess it had something to do with her father Jake Griffin who had been a hero to many during his time as the head planner on Drako, one of the Arkadian fleet's research cruisers.
Amongst the thousands of people who lived within the Arkadian fleet, only 4 people knew exactly what happened to Clarke and how she found herself in solitary at Dano. Those people were Clarke, her mother senator Griffin, Clarke's former best friend Wells Jaha, and Chancellor Thelonious Jaha, the leader of the Royal council, Wells' father and the most powerful man in all of the fleet.
Thelonious was known by Arkadians as the savior of the youth due to a heroic and supposedly true story of how he saved the Arkadian fleet from a mass genocide ordered by the First Order against any and all surviving rebel societies. Supposedly there had been a Sith Lord by the name of Darth Pyris who had been in charge of this radical extermination. The legend goes that Thelonious acted heroically and put his life on the line to sneak onto the Sith's massive extermination cruiser with a team of high ranked guards. They killed Pyris by destroying the cruiser from a weak point on the inside and fled before it's explosion.
It was a far fetched story, absolutely, but most people on the Arkadian fleet seemed to buy it. Clarke was not one of those people though. Clarke's mother, Senator Griffin would always give her a very threatening look anytime she dared to question the story's legitimacy out loud but Clarke couldn't really help it. The young Griffin had always been the curious and rebellious type of girl so it was hard for her to ignore things that to her seemed purely nonsensical.
Maybe it was Clarke's ignorance for common Arkadian practices or just her self destructive and curious nature itself that had gotten her into trouble, but either way, she was still sitting on the floor of her cell on the Dano ship this evening, alone with her drawings that she had scribbled in charcoal onto the floor, her mind racing as she dreamed of a world in which her father was still alive, Wells had never betrayed her, and everything was different.
"Clarke."
A voice had called from just outside of her cell and Clarke recognize a familiar face in the cell's window. It was Marcus Kane, more formally known as Sentor Kane. He was a colleague of Clarke's mother and an old friend of her father's before he turned into what her father once described as "a man who cannot think from his own brain but only out of a book". Senator Kane besides being generally annoying had some other feature which always seemed to bother Clarke but she could never quite discern what that was.
