Clarke was relieved beyond words when she found Octavia sitting alone in bed back at the palace in Theed. Octavia jumped up from her bed and ran over to Clarke pulling her into a tight hug.

"Clarke!" She exclaimed excitedly. "You're back! Tell me everything!"

Clarke did exactly that, sitting down on Octavia's bed and telling her about every single detail of her stay with Lexa in Polis. She didn't hide anything, even telling Octavia all about her strange connection with Lexa and their abilities to talk in each other's heads and feel things around them. When Clarke touched upon what had happened towards the end of her stay, she couldn't help but cry again. Recapping the Narglatch attack, the inexplicable healing, the strong romantic feeling she and Lexa had shared (or she had thought they did), Lexa ordering Clarke to leave and finding out Lexa was working for Pryis was all so hard to relive. When she was done pouring her heart out to Octavia, the young Arkadian collapsed into Octavia's arms.

"I'm so sorry Clarke." Octavia whispered, trying to soothe the clearly very distraught blonde. "You've been through so much."

"The worst part is I still feel it Octavia. I feel her. I know the connection was...is real."

"Of course it was Clarke, Lexa saved your life."

"Yeah I have no idea how she healed me."

"No." Octavia shook her head. "That's not what I'm talking about."

Clarke gave Octavia a curious look.

"Lexa ordered you to leave because Pryis was there."

"Yeah, she didn't want me to see him."

"Maybe." Octavia agreed. "But you also said Pyris asked if you were dead. You said Lexa told Pyris you were. You aren't though Clarke. Lexa knows that. She lied to the man who was seconds ago ready to kill her. More notably, if you have this connection that lead you to her and that allows you to be so close, she knew you were there. I don't know the woman, Clarke, but to me it sounds like she was protecting you."

Clarke took a moment to really consider what Octavia was saying. She was right. Clarke handing really had a chance to process what Lexa had done yet because of how scared and upset she was in the moment, but now after going through everything with Octavia she appreciated what Lexa may have been trying to do.

"She was protecting me." Clarke agreed. "But that's not enough. She's working with a Sith Lord, Octavia. Pyris is Snoke's apprentice and he's certainly not a good guy. Lexa's involvement with them...well I can't trust her anymore? How could I? Not to mention the kids. Octavia we have to-"

Clarke couldn't finish her sentence as a new wave of tears started streaming down her face.

"We'll go back for the kids Clarke. We'll figure everything out. In the meantime, I think you need some good news."

Clarke tried to stop crying, giving Octavia her full attention. Good news? What could it be?

"We got a tip yesterday when you were gone. Apparently Lincoln overheard Queen Anya talking to Indra. She said she wants us as far away from Luna and the water districts as possible."

"What? Why?"

"I'm not sure Clarke." Octavia admitted. "But of Lexa is working with Pyris, that means Anya probably is too. Especially if Aden is right and Anya is Lexa's mother. That means we can't trust either. And what do you do when someone you can't trust says not to go somewhere?"

Clarke gave Octavia a weak smile before answering.

"You go there."

"Exactly." Octavia agreed. "You go there."
