"Huh...?" you think to yourself.
"Shit to do...? Oh, right. Hange wanted me to look at those scout uniforms. They wanted me to help them choose the right colour."

"LEVI! DON'T BE CRUEL!" Hange's voice exclaims.
"What? She's awake now, so what's the issue?" Levi scoffs.
"Levi, she just woke up!"

"Woke up? Oh... I must have fallen asleep." You don't feel like moving, you just want to stay in the position that you're in.
"I wonder if they chose the right colours by now... what colours were they again? They were talking about something else... ohhh, right! Armin's coming home party. I think it's this Friday, I'll have to go."

"I know, but it's not like we have all the time in the world." You hear Levi say.
"Oh, hush! We have all the time in the world!" Hange exclaims.
"Not all the time, Hange."

You let your eyes open slowly, giving yourself time to adjust to the brightness that's peering out of a nearby window.
"Mmm... did I... fall asleep?" you ask as you rub your eyes.

"Ah, y/n! You're finally back!" Hange's voice exclaims.
"About damn time, brat." Levi spits.
"Oh, quit it, Levi!" Hange shouts.

"Ahh...my head fucking hurts." you groan as you place your hand on your head.
"What time is it? What..." You feel an odd wave confusion flow over you as you look around.

"What... what day is it? When did I fall asleep?"
"Jesus, did you get amnesia or something?" Levi asks.

"Amne... what's going on here? Am I... am I dead?!"
"Do you seriously not remember a damn thing?" Levi scoffs.
"I'm sorry... I guess I don't. How are those uniforms going?"

Hange tilts their head for a moment.
"They're going okay." they say.
"What colours did you end up choosing? There was black and green... hmm. I can't remember the other one." you ask.

"Wh...? Yes, they're still black and green. Just added a few more details." Hange says. You nod as you try to get up, realizing that you're in a laying position.

You turn your head to the window of the room, the sun shining brightly.
"It looks like it's a nice day today." you say.
"I'm sure the fresh air will do me some good. Hmm... I'm actually kinda hungry. Maybe I'll make my way to the dining hall."

"Y/n... you can't just get up right now." Hange says.
"Huh? Why? Do you still need my help with the uniforms?" you ask.
"No, dumbass. What are you on about with these uniforms?" Levi spits.

"Just the colour. That's what Hange wanted my help with." you reply. Levi stares at you.
"What?" you ask.
"What day do you think it is?" Levi asks.
"Um... hm. September ninth, right?"

Levi scrunches up his face.
"What?"
"What do you mean what?" you ask.
"Y/n, you're an idiot." he says.
"Levi... she did just literally wake up from a coma." Hange says.

"Coma?" you repeat. As you look around the room, you finally realize that you're in a hospital.
"The fuck... I've been in a coma?"
"Yeah... for a month now." Hange replies.
"A... a whole month?" you repeat.
