Those words kept repeating non-stop like a broken record. Jeongguk groaned. He sat up running his hands through his hair. He just made a fool out of himself.

"Well you like to be my boyfriend?" Jeongguk asked Taehyung, who had his eyes wide open.

"You're kidding right-" he interrupted. Without thinking Jeongguk kissed him, grabbing his nape and pulling him into a kiss.

Taehyung pulled back as he didn't kiss him back, "I'm sorry I…I should go," Taehyung said as he walked off.

"Wait! Fuck! I'm sorry!" And that's when he knew he messed up, Jeongguk was frustrated, he knew he shouldn't have said anything. He should have kept his lousy loud mouth shut!

Jeongguk was stressed over this little situation, he couldn't stop thinking about what he did. "How can I be so damn stupid?" Jeongguk yelled at himself.

He got out of his bed. He needed to walk around and stop stressing about it. So he went to a park getting some fresh air helped him a little bit.

"I can't believe he kissed me!" Your dad kissed me!" Taehyung yelled as he rocked himself and he started punching the pillow.

Oh God he was happy, he was scared but happy, excitement just ran through his body he couldn't believe it!

He touched his lips where Jeongguk kissed him, touching his lips he screamed excitedly.

"Ah I can't believe it!" Taehyung exclaimed he was freaking out, he couldn't be happier. He blew a big huff if air.

"Okay focus Taehyung! Don't say yes, not yet at least!" Taehyung told himself. He grabbed his phone and saw the messages that Jeongguk had sent him.

He opened the messages,

'I'm sorry'

'Please answer me!'

'I know I fucked up'

'I should've asked your permission to kiss you!'

'I'm an idiot,'

'Fuck! I'm sorry, what can I do to make it up to you?'

Taehyung just chuckled at himself, he didn't know whether Jeongguk was just messing with his feelings or if he was being for real.

Taehyung texted him back. He grabbed his phone with all the courage he had left.

'Jeongguk let's meet up at my favorite coffee shop"

Not even a minute Jeongguk replied quickly with an 'okay 👌'

Taehyung yawned as he got up from his bed. He got ready once again and headed out the door, but fed Yeontan before leaving.

Taehyung sat across from Jeongguk. Jeongguk just cleared his throat than he spoke up.

"Look I'm sorry I know…I should've asked for your permission for…fuck I'm so fucking sorry!" Jeongguk said as he ran his fingers through his hair.

Taehyung just gave him a gentle smile, "Jeongguk, don't worry but it's a no for me, I don't think I'm ready to commit to a relationship…I'm just not ready I hope you can understand," Taehyung said, messing with the bracelet he had on his wrist.

"What? Well yeah I mean that's alright "

"You can still come and visit me and our son, I have no problem with that of course," Taehyung smiled at him, and Jeongguk just nodded his head, thanking him.

"If your not ready I completely understand," Jeongguk chuckled, grabbing Taehyung’s hand and rubbing it gently.

Taehyung was glad that he understood, and wasn't forcing him into the relationship he wasn't ready for.

The next day Taehyung was laughing with Jeongguk, walking down the streets and heading to his house since Taehyung barely got of of work.

"Oh my god but what if that actually happened though?!" Taehyung snorted as he grabbed onto Jeongguk’s arm.

Recalling all the memories both of them had when they first meet was making Taehyung have a huge smile on his face.

"How's your mom doing after the divorce with your dad?" Taehyung asked, taking a sip of his lemonade.

"She's hanging in there, but she's not doing too bad either," Jeongguk admitted. The funny thing is Taehyung and Jeongguk have known each other for along time but Taehyung never met his mom before.

"Does your mom know about you having a kid?"

"No,"

"Do you not plan to tell her?" Taehyung asked, looking at him with his shining eyes.

"Uhm…I do but I don't think now's the time, since she's pretty upset about the divorce with my dad."

"Right right right," Taehyung nodded his head. He continued to walk besides Jeongguk than, his phone started to ring which startled him.

He took his phone out of his pocket, and answered it. It was an unknown number. He freaked out a little then he recognized the voice.
