Next day on the desert of Peruk troops of soldiers stood firmly. The weather is warm and the sun above glaring down angrily. The soldiers could feel sweat forming on their foreheads but they didn't dare to move an inch or wipe the sweats. Before Riharsh stood there on his horse as he looked at his enemy. Beside him was Uluk. Riharsh was startled when he saw Manik on the battlefield. He didn't expect him to be here this early. He almost thought he would be invading inside the Samrat directly but to his surprise Manik was already present when he reached the border.
"Emperor of Samrat, finally we meet again" Riharsh shouted and a smirk formed on his lips. Finally after so many years he could avenge.
"You were the one who was craving for my attention. How could I ignore you?" Manik's reply almost made him vomit blood. What he said sounds like an admirer who is craving to meet the emperor.
Riharsh clenched his fist as he shouted back "you are still so arrogant huh? But let's see how long you can stay with that attitude. Today I will show what it feels like to get pain"
"You are too desperate, King of Peria. Don't you think an anxious mind has the weakest heart?"
"Shut up," Riharsh roared. "today I will take avange for my father's death. Today I will teach you a good lesson that you will never forget even after dying"
"You really know how to show off Riharsh. If you were that confident then we would have met years ago instead of today" Manik's reply was like a hard slap on his face. It's true he has been trying to anger him from the start but Manik didn't react and he didn't have much confidence because of lack of weapons and army. Now Manik telling him right on the face he couldn't help himself but gritted his teeth.
"Your majesty should not get angry and lose control. You know what kind of person is the emperor of Samrat. Please think rationally" Uluk seeing Riharsh getting angry he reminded.
Riharsh took a deep breath. What Uluk said was right. He should not get angry and ruin everything. So he calmed himself and looked at Manik again who was not standing too far. Though they have good distance, they still can hear each other.
"I am not going to fall for your tricks Manik. If you think that talking like that will get you anything then you are totally wrong. And today I will calculate everything one by one" Riharsh shouted angrily.
He heard Manik laughed "I thought you are smart but I guess I was wrong"
This time Riharsh couldn't hold back anymore as he shouted angrily "Manik. I will kill you today" he spat angrily before raising his hand "soldiers get ready Snake Verse Formation" then indicated with his hand.
The soldiers after getting orders started to form the Snake Verse Formation.
"Your majesty, they are forming Snake Verse Military formation. It is said to be a dangerous one" General Kanta said.
"I don't think this is East Peria's military formation," Kumar said looking forward.
"Of course it is not, " Suhal replied. His eyes are also focused on the ground. "This is Talimur"s special formation. I have seen it before. And this formation is strong and not easy to break through"
"Then what should we do?" General Kanta asked "it they completed it then there will advantages for them"
"General" Manik called out "do you know what kind of form they are making?"
"It's a snake, your majesty," General Kanta replied.
"It's just a snake" Manik replied and everyone looked at him with puzzled expression.
Manik clapped his hand two times and few men in back clothed appeared before him
"You know what to do '' Manik said and those black clothed men nodded in understanding before disappearing again. Most of the closed ones know about Manik's secret army which is different from the military ones. But they never saw them working as they always stayed in the dark.
