Chapter 18.

Gabriella had a blush on her face with the outfit she was wearing. It was very very short, the skirt you could practically see her panties if she were to bend over, and the black and white shirt showed off her stomach and made her boobs look bigger. It was very tight and Meliodas was licking his lips drinking in the sight of her.

It's been that way a few minutes now and honestly she doesn't know what to say.

"M-Meliodas?"

"Please.... I'm trying not to attack you at the moment. I'm having a bit of a problem," Meliodas said rubbing the back of his head as Gabriella saw a hard on poking his pants.

"MELIODAS!"

"Look your looking really sexy and delicious right now and you keep screaming my name,"

"I-I can't help it why'd you buy it so short?!"

"Your my wife plus I was also gonna use it for play time," he smirked causing her to blush harder.

"I think you look so cute Gabby!" Elizabeth squealed going over to hug her.

"Liz, I mean Elizabeth," she corrected as Meliodas widened his eyes.

"Liz is okay coming from you anyways," she giggled causing Gabriella to let out a breath of relief.

She didn't want the girl to have her memories back yet she's a sweetheart.

"What's all the- holy-"

"Don't you say it," Meliodas growled at Ban as he looked away from her.

"Yeah it's whatever no big deal," he said not looking at Gabriella.

"Alright everyone! Let's get to work! Diane how's it going out there?!" Meliodas asked with the window opened.

"Great! I'm seeing a lot of customers walking right now!"

"Alright everyone get started!" Meliodas cheered having the whole group cheer as well.

Soon enough the whole team was packed and ready to go, Gabriella was taking orders, Elizabeth was bringing out the orders, Meliodas serving drinks, Diane being happy and bringing in customers and Ban was cooking in the kitchen.

"Hello sir how can I help you today?" Gabriella asked as the man she was serving eyes popped out of his head.

"Jesus! Your a cutie!" He said licking his lips.

"Ummm..... thanks but-" Gabriella let out a loud yell as he spanked her behind.

Meliodas quickly jumped from the table and ran over to her and wrapped his arms around her.

"What do you think your doing to my wife?" Meliodas growled causing the man to widen his eyes.

"Sorry I didn't know she was taken......"

"That doesn't matter! You don't go around grouping peoples assess! Especially hers!"

The man put his hands up in surrender as Gabriella placed her hands on his chest.

"Meli he apologized please let it go,"

"NO I WONT! I WILL NOT LET THIS GO! YOUR MY WIFE AMD HE SHOULD NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR BEHIND!"

"That's your problem Meliodas your so over protective of me it's unreal! He touched my butt I know that's something he's not supposed to do but it happened anyways! He even apologized for his actions but YOU don't seem to understand that! I can't hang out with Ban because your overprotective I can't do anything your being selfish by keeping me all to yourself!"

"And that's a bad thing?"

"ITS SUFFOCATING!"

"Okay fine. If that's how you feel do whatever you want. I'm not fixing to intervene anymore," Meliodas said before walking away.

Gabriella couldn't help but blink back tears as she ran out of the tavern not caring her panties were showing.

"GABRIELLA!" Diane shouted as Gabriella ignored her and continued on running.

She didn't care where she was going as long as it was far away from the tavern. This was the second time they had argued.... But this time.....

Tears blurred her vision as she gave up and sat on the ground curled up into a ball. She flat out started to cry if only Meliodas wasn't so protective of her. If only he'd allow her some freedom. To be fair they have been married for 3,000 years joined at the hip. Some space would be good for them to come back together.

Tears continued to stream down her face as sadness washed over her. She didn't know how long she's been laying on the ground curled up into a ball as day turned into night.

"GABRIELLA!" She heard a voice calling out that sounded like Ban.

"GABBY WHERE ARE YOU?!" Elizabeth was next to yell.

"GABRIELLA COME OUT PLEASE!" Diane was next to shout.

Gabriella continued to stare out into space not caring they were calling her to come back. Gabriella felt empty like she couldn't move or speak.

"GAB! GABBY!" It was Meliodas as she shut her eyes.

He was the closest one out of everyone else's voices. She knew he would find her first eventually as a pair of footsteps started to get louder.

"Gabby," he said causing her to shut her eyes. "Gabriella do you know how worried I've been? Look I'm not mad at you for earlier in fact you were right, maybe I am a little to over protective but I do it because I love you Gabby. I don't want a competition over another guy, can you please stand for me?" Meliodas asked crouching down by Gabriella as he placed a hand on her back.

Gabriella sat up as Meliodas saw the emptiness in her eyes. He didn't like it when she was this way, he pulled her to him.

"I won't be as overprotective anymore okay? And I'm lifting off the restrictions between you and Ban.... Is that okay?"

"Yes," she whispered her voice hoarse for the lack of drinking water.

She closed her eyes as she began hugging Meliodas back.

"I love you Gabby so much, I don't want to lose you," he cried voice shaking.

"Meli, I love you too I'm sorry for screaming I shouldn't have,"

Tears began to wreck the couples eyes as they were both unaware that Ban was watching a few feet away.

A/N: to be fair I was going to make this a Gabriella X Ban moment but I changed it to Meliodas because it's his story lol!
