the utter excitement that I feel
and difficulty to believe it's real
but when you message me first
I smile as my feelings begin to burst
Even very simple conversations
Can give my heart fluctuations
That smile of yours I see
My face lights up with obvious glee
When I look at you
You are too good to be true
My feelings for you are very immense
You give meaning to my very existence
But I am terrified to tell you
About my feelings that are true
So I hope soon you realize
That you're the one that gives me butterflies
