A time once existed,
When loneliness cannot be bested,
But now that you have arrived,
To sadness, my mind does not abide.
I once thought my life is but a null,
But your arrival became so meaningful,
That I found the wonderful light,
and this depression vanished from sight.
When my phone gives the slightest vibration,
My mind goes to you without hesitation,
When I look at the notifications,
Your name gives me palpitations.
You may have not the slightest idea,
But all I want in this world is to keep ya,
You are always in my mind,
Sweet memories, you leave behind.
A secret, this I will keep,
For I am frightened to take the leap,
I would rather be your friend,
Than have our conversations come to an end.
