Ava's POV
My alarm woke me up at 5:30 so I got up and changed into a pair of spandex and a sports bra before heading down to the kitchen and grabing a bottle of water.
I worked out in the gym until 6:30 like I do most days and had a quick shower before getting ready for the day.
I left my hair natural and I put on eyeliner, concealer and Mascara. I decided to wear a summer dress today that was light blue and had tiny white flowers on it.
By the time I was done Jack had arrived and was helping himself to my large range of poptarts. I may be just a tiny bit addicted to them.
"Sorry I can't stop to talk I need to go, the kids are still asleep but they will probably be up soon and thank you for doing this" I say grabbing a packet of poptarts for myself and kissing his cheek.
"Remember to ring your Grandma" he said as I walked out the door. I had completely forgot about that.
Once I was in my matt black Audi R8 I rang her and put it on loud sleeker so I wasn't holding the phone.
"Hi sweetheart how are you?" She asked as soon as she picked up the phone
"Hey Grandma I'm good how are you"
"I miss you be I'm alright" she replied
"Do you want to come and stay out here for awhile? I would come and see you but I have classes and Josh has school" I really miss her
"I don't want to be a bother would you have room for me?" I forgot to tell her about the house
"Of course I have room for you, there is a spare room on the ground floor that you can sleep in so you don't have to worry about the stairs"
"Are you sure this would be okay?" I can hear the excitement in her voice
"Yes of course, do you want me to book your flight?"
"If you would honey"
"Alright well I just arrived at Uni so I will speak to you later, bye Grandma love you" I say parking my car
"Love you too" she says before ending the call
Jacks POV
The two children came running in the kitchen about 20 minutes after Ava left.
"What do you two want for breakfast" I ask sitting them on the edge of the island counter
"Lucky Charms" they say at the same time then high five each other while giggling
"Here you go" I hand them each a bowel of cereal and sit them at the breakfast bar.
"What are we doing today" Josh asks with a mouth full of cereal
"We can go to the beach?" They ask
"Yeah sure when you are done I will help you get ready" I say going on my phone
I decide to ring Taylor
(J-Jack, T-Taylor)
T: hey man what's up
J: today I'm looking after a friends children and they are only four but they want to go to the beach so I was wondering if I could borrow your beach house for a couple of hours.
T: of course, you know where the spare key is right?
J: yeah and thanks
T: no worries
J: catch you later bro
T: yeah I will be in Cali next week so hopefully I will see you then
