Ava's POV
We are currently sitting in a hospital room after being here for hours waiting for the doctor to discharge Cameron. He had to get stitches and a brace thingy for his thumb because he broke it. In all honesty it looked disgusting.
We were sitting in silence because the pain killers made cam a little drousy so he wasn't very talkative and I just wanted to get out of this hospital, I hate them but if my friend needs help then I will get over my hatred for them in order to help someone I care about.
Finally the doctor brings in some stuff for Cameron to sign and we can leave.
On the way home we stop and get pizza for everyone but when I returned to the car Cameron was snapchatting and I think I got in it a little bit by accident. Bring on the hate, yay.
I never told anyone but since Nash put me with the Chinese up people have been giving me hate about not being good enough for them and shit which is honestly true, they are famous and I'm just some random girl that has a billion problems.
"Does it still hurt?" I ask as I start driving again.
"Its not so bad now" he shrugs.
We keep small talk until we are home and when we are Can flops down on a giant bean bag and goes to sleep, he ate a couple of slices of pizza in the car already.
Everyone starts to eat and I notice Josh is still down here but its a Saturday it doesn't matter.
"Are you going to eat?" Nash asked giving me a funny look
"I was too hungry so I ate some on the way here" I explain making it look like the bits Cam ate, I had actually eaten.
"Gready shit" I heard Roseanna mumble causing me to start laughing.
Some things will never change.
"You should invite some of the guys over, Ava hasn't seen them in years" Roseanna says to Nash and he nods turning to me.
"Would that be okay?"
"I suppose" I'm still not sure if letting them all back in is a good idea.
20 minutes later the gate buzzer thingy rings and matt's face pops up. He hasn't changed a lot but his face has matured over the years. I let him in and then go open the door before he rings the bell.
"Ava oh my god look at you" he says pulling me into a hug
"Its good to see you again" I say pulling away. That's when I notice Taylor and Shawn standing behind him.
I always remember Shawn looked 18 when he was actually only 16 and he still looks older than his actual age but he doesn't look a lot older only a couple of years. Taylor is the same as before but he has more muscle now and he is no longer obsessed with bandanas well he isn't wearing one now at least.
I hug them both hugs and then show them in to where the others are sitting.
"This is a pretty sweet set up you've got" Taylor comments making me laugh
"Yeah its almost perfect" almost
"How have you been?" Matt asked
You mean aside from the fact I tried to kill myself, lost the most important person in the world to me and relapst all before I had to then become the official parent of my four year old brother "fine" I answer simply and he was about to question me further but the door bell rang saving me.
I silently thanked God as I opened the door to find Hayes standing there along with my grandmother? "Hey Hayes and I thought you were seeing your friend?" I ask the elderly woman in front of me
"I have to go back home because your Aunt is poorly but I will come see you soon" oh she is already leaving
"Oh I will help you get your stuff" it took about half an hour to pack up the rest of her stuff. Most of it was still in her suitcases so it didn't take long.
"JOSH VOME SAY GOODBYE TO GRANDMA" I shout as loud as I can because I have no idea where the fuck he is in this house.
"Don't shout like that" Grandma scolded me making me roll my eyes when she wasn't looking.
I offered to take her to the airport but she told me she had already called an uber Josh said his goodbyes and so did I and with that she was out of the door leaving me with no clue when I would see her again.
"I see you haven't changed at all" Cameron laughed as I walked into the room.
I sigh sitting down and then realise what the time is and Josh has school tomorrow. "Come on little man its time for bed" I say standing up.
He was playing with Hayes and he was giggling at something he had said. I don't know what it is but small children's laughs are the cutest thing in the world.
"I will take him you sit down" Hayes said, I thanked him and then they disappeared out if the room.
"He is changing you know" Nash spoke once they had gone
"I thought he already changed"
"No I mean he doesn't come home drunk or high as often and he sure as hell isn't as horrible as he used to be" but why?
"Let's not talk about this right now" I honestly wasn't in the mood for it
"Are you still a little rebel?" Shawn asked chuckling
"Umm no some stuff happened, I have to be responsible now" he looked confused but Hayes entered the room before anymore could be said. What is it with him and saving the day, tonight?
We spent the rest of the night catching up with each other. I'm so proud of these boys well men noe I guess. I remember watching their magcon shows in YouTube because I lived in England and they never came and I remember Shawn's first single and Buck wild by Taylor that was just a joke but it actually did really well. I remember Cams stupid but hilarious videos on vine and the smack cams in hotel rooms. I remember it all and now they sit in front of me and each of them has achieved so many amazing things and they are some of the most well known people in the world.
They fucking made it and I couldn't more proud to say I watched them grow to who they are today.
