The entire walk to the carriage was dead quiet. I wanted to tell him what happened to me but I am also cutious about the incident during the coronation. But there are too many people around and I'm afraid I'll get angry or start to cry. At least we've made it to the carriage.

As Loki helps me in and I feel relief from the amount of privacy we'll be receiving right now.

"Aren't you curious about what happened to me?" I break the silence with hostility.

"You were just sick? What does it matter, you're perfectly fine now." Loki sighs obviously annoyed.

"Don't you care about my well being?" I raise my voice without realizing.

"The doctor said you were okay. You aren't ill and you aren't dying. That is all that matters right now." He looks away from me, oddly.

"I don't feel okay, Loki." His eyes widen at me and his whole body panics.

"Do we need to take you back?!" He gets up and sits beside me, feeling my pulse and forehead.

"No. What I meant was I am not feeling well emotionally or mentally." He stares at me in pain.

"What is going on, Sigyn?"

"I have a gift, or that's what the doctor said. I wouldn't lable it as a gift. I'm not sure how to feel about all of it. But I know I am very scared. They gave me the most painful medication like you wouldn't believe. I just need your support and acceptance." I try to hold back my tears so I do not worry him. It would be so selfish of me.

"I would never hurt you for any gift or curse you have." He laughs and brushes my hair from my face.

I smile at him and he smiles brightly back at me, showing his pearly teeth and eye wrinkles that you wouldn't notice unless he grins or laughs.

"Do you mind me asking what happened after the coronation?" I ask curiously trying not to make his good mood fade. But it fails, his smile is instantly gone, he slumps in his spot and now he looks enraged.

He's silent for awhile and I start getting worried.

"Oh, goodness. Is anyone hurt? I'm so sorry." I panic and he grabs my wrists rather aggressively. I gasp and he tightens his grip.

I could barely see his green eyes. The hollows of his eyes are almost completely dark. I would be frightened if it were someone else.

"Loki?" I whisper softly but I sound quite frantic.

"The Jotuns have somehow found their way in Asgard. Thor was furious that it interfered with his coronation. No one is injured." He throws my hands to my lap and rubs his eyes.

"Oh my gods." I can't think of anything to say. Of course, how typical of me.

Stupid...

"I need to go see Thor as soon as we get back. I will take you to my room and you will stay there until I get back." His bloodshot eyes don't seem hurt or scared but guilty. I know he can't lie all the time. He's hiding something.

"We're here now. Come along, darling."

Loki and I walk to his chambers in a fast motion. I try to make him slow down because I keep slipping on my dress but he doesn't slow down. He keeps his normal pace.

"How long will you be with Thor?" I grab hold of his hand to stop him. He tries to keep walking but I have a good grip on him, thankfully.

"I'm not sure, he can be very stubborn. It may take an hour." He holds my hand back, I knod and we continue walking.

I can tell he's settling down since his pace as gone slow.

When we got to his doors he let's me in and cleans up the little bit of mess he has. Loki is such a neat freak, it's charming and expectant of a prince.

"You promise me you will not leave?" Loki stands over me stroking my cheek.

"I promise." We then kiss softly for awhile then he breaks away barely breathing and kisses my forehead and leaves without saying anything else.

After barely an hour of utter silence Loki busts through the doors and straight into his closet.

"Loki, what are you up to?" I say with much enthusiasm.

"We are going to Jotunheim." He dashes out wearing his casual armor.

"Who? Did Odin declare war?" I ask anxiously.

"No. It's complicated. Only Thor, his friends and I are going." He puts small weapons in the secret pockets of his coat.

"You are not that ignorant Loki. You have to tell someone in case any of you get hurt!" I grab him and shake him forcefully, hoping it would make him come to his senses.

"I will most definitely alert someone to tell Odin." He takes my hands away from his shoulders and walks to the door.

He stops, like he's thinking or waiting for me to say something.

"I have to do this," He stood very still staring at the ground,"for Thor."

He glances at me with bloodshot eyes, his emerald eyes are darker than they usually are. I get chills down my spine.

"Do not leave, please." He leaves once again more dismissive than before.

I feel sickened so I go lay down on his bed. The smell of his scent frightens now. I can't seem to trust Loki anymore but I just can't leave his side or disobey him. It's unhealthy for the both of us.

My Loki could die in Jotunheim and even the rest of them and no one would know. Maybe not.

I'm near tears when I hear a soft knock on the door.

"Hello?" It's Frigga.

"Come in." I hesitate to speak and I instantly regret it.

"Sigyn, what a surprise. I haven't seen you around here for a long time. I've missed you and so has Loki." She laughs and takes a seat on the bed.

"It's always a pleasure to visit." I sniffle.

"I have heard about your little power, darling." My heart sinks because she knows about what was happening during the coronation and she speaks in the same tongue as Loki.

"Have you told Loki?" She places her hand on my thigh.

"I mentioned it."

"You shouldn't have told him. Sorry, but it's a difficult time for all of us. It's been the worst for Loki, he has too much to deal with. Just stay by his side and keep him balanced like you always do." Frigga smiles and stands up.

"Speaking of Loki. Where is he? I would expect him to be with you right now." She stops at the same place Loki stood.

"He said he had to take care of a few things." I say the first thing that comes to my mind.

"Oh, I see. Well if I see him I'll tell to stop keeping you waiting." Frigga chuckles and leaves silently.

I sit there on his bed and take in everything that has happened today and I finally break down in every emotional way possible. I stagger to the balcony and gaze upon the bridge and admire the magnificent colors then I see Thor, the Warriors Three, Lady Sif, and Loki on horses riding toward the bifrost.

My heart races and sinks at the same time. I cry harder as I walk to the bed and in a matter of minutes I am asleep awaiting for my Loki to come back.
