"The Duke has summoned you to his office , Milady." Olive's voice brought my mind out of thoughts .
It's been 6 days since I was grounded and Four days since I discovered the map to Indian subcontinent . And I've been asking Olive questions about it ever since . The conversation I had with her was on a loop in my mind .
"Olive , What's the name of this country?" I knew that in this time India would be a group of various country as it had not been united yet.
"This is the Indian subcontinent , Milady . And it is known that there are hundreds of countries within . It is a Faraway nation so not a lot of information is available . The information we have is based on the data provided by the travelling merchants " Olive explained every single detail to me like some well versed history teacher.
"How long does it takes to reach there ?"
"According to the traders , It takes them 2 months to reach the subcontinent by the sea route. But why are asking me all of this ? Milady "
"I was thinking of travelling to the Indian subcontinent ." If facial expression could speak , Olive's face expression would surely say ' Have you lost your mind!'.
Well , It makes sense . Who would have thought that a Noble lady who has spent her whole life dwelling in the luxuries of castles would want to travel all the way to an unknown continent despite the harsh journey on the way .
"Milady , you're not aware of the harsh journey to the subcontinent . You would not like the tough road " she sounded concerned about me .
"I know what I would like and not like , Olive . And I would love to travel somewhere faraway from this place."

I entered the Duke study . The Duke's study had a dark look to it even in day time as he had drawn to curtain to block the sunlight and only the duke's silhouette sitting on the huge wooden table was visible . I bowed to the Duke in a greeting .
