"You will return... Right?" He asked
"You can't... Betray me . Kiara " He said with a hint of sadness in his eyes .
"I will .... I will come back " I was on the verge of tears "Tell me love , tell me you'll wait for me " I chuckled through my tears...

Kiara opened her eyes and the sun was painting the horizon in the morning. The weather was getting hot so she had been sleeping on the balcony for a few days now . She got up and rang a bell in the bedside table . The three ladies -in -waiting , kamal , kala and kusum entered the room . The three ladies were now serving her ever since the first day and they had gotten quite used to each other's presence . They bowed to Kiara and kamal and kala went inside the bathing chamber to prepare a bath while kusum headed to tidy up the bed . After taking a bath , she was dressed in a ivory gold threaded embroidered lehenga and gold jewellery .
After dressing up she headed down to the dinning hall to have a breakfast with the Royals , after her leg had been cured she was now having meals with everybody else in the Royal dinning hall. She had been introduced to Maharaj Veerbhadra , Vazraksh's elder brother and Maharani Mridhulekha , his wife . But when she entered the dinning hall neither Vazraksh nor the king and the queen could be seen . She bowed to Rajamata and sat in her place and the servants started filling there plates which meant that others were not coming to eat.
"राजामाता, वज़राक्षकिधर हैँ?"
"Rajamata, where's Vazraksh?" She asked as curiously got the best of her.
"वज़रा व महाराजएकआवश्यक सभा में व्यस्त हैँ।"
"Vazra and Maharaj are busy in an important meeting ."
She replied to her words but she didn't seem really bothered by my question. Looking at her face she looked as if she had a lot on her mind and she was lost in her thoughts. She looked towards Naina and Naina also looked quite lost.
They had a quite breakfast. Usually Naina used to make light conversations while eating and everyone laughed along but today she was quite. Throughout the meal kiara kept looking at the seat where Vazraksh usually sits but he was not there. She had been so used to see him sitting there and smile and talk to her. If it were any other day she and Naina would stroll in the garden together but today Naina was summoned by Queen Mridhulekha as soon as the meal was over so they didnt get the opportunity to have a conversation. Rajamata also left shortly as a maid informed her about the finance minister requesting an audience.
Kiara went back to her room quietly wondering what was going on. In Astrarankshetra, both the king and queen, prince and princesses runned the adminstration together. The King and princes were responsible for the political matters while along with supporting the king, the palace was maintained by the Queens and princesses. Every person working in the palace was under the Queens authority while the princess assisted her. Every purchase made for the palace was managed by the Queen, thus being a Queen or a princess didn't mean to have a leisure life. With the scene she witnessed in the morning Kiara assumed it to some matter related to political issues.
