"Stop moving." Ivy takes off a red satin fabric from around my body, replacing it with a silk lavender fabric.

"They feel so smooth." I run my fingers along the material, intentionally annoying her with my body movements.

"Skylar." Ivy complains with frustration. I've worn silk dresses countless times, but I just decided to stress her more by acting foreign to the fabric.

"Remind me to never ask you to be my model again." I let out a laugh at that.

Ivy called me early in this morning to come by where she works and be her test subject for some clothing that she has been working on.

"Well technically, I'm your test subject." I point out.

"Doesn't matter." She holds me firmly in place, worry evident on her face.

"I just need you to be still." My brows furrow.

"Then why don't you just use a mannequin? It'll be still and rigid as you want." I point out again.

Ivy breaths out and throw her hands up in the air. "You hate it right?" She refers to the dresses, holding up her thumbs to soothe her temples.

"No of course not." I chuckle. She's clearly in a stressful state. I'll try to not add more to her plate.

"They're beautiful." I take the newly made dresses, running my eyes over them once more.

"I love them." Ivy has been stressed out and working extra for her clothing line, since her boss said he wants to see her designs.

I hold her shoulders and give her a firm squeeze.

"You're an amazing designer Ivy." The corners of her lips raise up, but worry is still overshadowing her expression.

"And your boss will love your designs. If he doesn't, then he has some serious mental issues." I state matter-of-factly, which makes her laugh.

"Yeah that's more like it." I brush her cheeks, smiling at her smile and she hugs me.

"I think I need a break." I nod my head, agreeing with her.

"Yeah you do." We pull apart.

"When are they due?" I ask, looking over at the sketches of Ivy's designs on a table.

"Two weeks from now." She says.

"Then we'll find something, do something or go somewhere to help ease your stress." I say with a toothy smile.

"Sure. But until then, let me finish this ones." She takes the lavender fabric that's wrapped around me.

"Okay."

My phone rings and I take it out from my pants back pocket. A smile spreads helplessly on my lips, seeing the caller.

"Hey." I'm already blushing.
