I wake up in a good mood, the sun is shining through the blinds and onto my face. I know that it's cold outside but at least the sun is out.
But then I am reminded that it is indeed going to be a shit day, because it's Monday. Mondays suck, especially after being drunk the night before. But luckily I have been completely sober!
Even so I dreadfully get ready for work.

I make some lunch after putting on my uniform, and throw it in my bag. I don't even bother eating breakfast, I'm just too tired.
I throw on my jacket and force my feet into my shoes and sit on my floor for a while, back against the door.
I don't know why I'm doing this but it feels better so I guess it doesn't really matter.

I open the door to my flat and walk down the stairs rather slowly, I had been daydreaming so I hadn't really gotten much sleep.

I force open the big door and a sigh escapes my lips as the cold air meets my body. I walk faster to work so that I can be inside, in the warmth.

As I'm walking I take out my earphones from my bag and plug them into my iPod, putting on *Song of choice*.
I move my head to the beat of the music, probably looking crazy. But I couldn't really care too much, everyone is shit, everything is shit and it will always be shit.
Finally I'm there and I get my hand ready to open the door, But through the glass I see someone.

Alex is sat in the corner of the Café, drinking a coffee. My coworker was responsible for opening today so she must've been the one to take his order.

I compose myself and push open the door, He doesn't look up so I rush to the lockers in the back.
I put my bag in my locker as well as my jacket, but I put my phone in the pocket of my skirt.

Two deep breaths are taken and I hold them for a few seconds, trying to make myself less nervous.
Why am I so nervous? We have already met before.
My legs start working again and I make my way to the front, and then to his table.
I decide to try to act as chill about this situation as he is.

-Would you like anything else?' I ask with a smile on my face and he looks up, his eyes meeting mine.
I can't help but notice his notebook in his hand as I'm observing him.
He smiles back and nods before speaking.

-Yes, the banana sundae please.' Alex says, still smiling. I nod at him and turn around, heading to the counter.
I grab the scoop and put some ice cream in the glass bowl, topping it off with a banana and some chocolate syrup.
When I'm done I scoop up the bowl in my hands and carry it over to his table.
I put the bill beside the bowl and smile at him. He smiles back and I make my way back to the counter.

After about fifteen minutes a picks up his things and stand up, walking towards the counter. He puts the money on the table, as well as a note.

The white paper is neatly folded, and I undo it while he leaves the café.
I begin to see the black ink as I unfold the paper, and after a while I'm able to read the whole thing.

'Movie this Friday?'
