3rd pov
Accelerator stares at a ceiling he hasn't seen in years - more years than he can count - the light in his eyes dulled and almost dead, but not quite yet. He's not sure what happened or why, but he's been forced to refill the same few months so many times, he's never certain what caused it. The Original time (Is it really the original? Everything is becoming so blurred he barely remembers, but he thinks that one was the original. ) had ended when he tried to commit suicide, a knife in hand since it meant his family would life, would get to see another day, prayers falling from his lips, but it failed, all of them being shot as soon as he killed himself, his last moments spent in guilt and agony that he had failed.
And then he had woken, months earlier, in his own apartment, with no Last Order, Yomikawa or Yoshikawa, just a text telling him where the next experiment was taking place and asking him to stop leaving such a mess. For a while, he thought it was a dream...until everything started going exactly the same, nothing changing at all, until the end. He's thrown the knife, killing several of the enemies, but they'd managed to get a shot in while he was defenseless, killing him and he was left to again stare at a ceiling. That had been how it started, each time he restarts from his apartment, changing things to see how it'll end, hoping that he'll stop looping when he dies, praying that he'll manage to give the others happy endings, even if he does not get one. However, here he is, months - years? Decades? Centuries? Millennium?- later, having looped even further back.
This is the room he lived in on sight, right before the first experiment. But, he's not even close to sure he can manage to act the same, not with all that time hardening him to hate those who forced them into situations where it was life or death and softening him towards things like family and friends, which he'd had in a lot of those loops. He counts the Sisters as his, Yomikawa, Yoshikawa, Touma, Index, Mikoto, even those from GROUP and a few of those that stuck by his side in the Dark, all of them friends and family, people he will protect to his literal last breath, though he really wants to stop dying. He's probably died just as much as the Sisters at this point, if not more, since his death is what restarts the loop, and each time it's been different.
God, but he has to get up soon or they'll send someone so he stands, already knowing his body is going to hate him. While the loops send him back to a time when he should have his full powers, he still maintains the damage to his leg, something that has confused him beyond everything else. His brain is fine, as the researchers do a scan after every experiment to check on improvement, but for whatever reason, his right leg continues to barely be able to hold his weight, his cane not even available since he doesn't need it for months yet, it probably isn't even built yet, what with Heaven having built it for him.
He winces as his leg sends pain sparking across his senses, though his body is long since used to it, so he keeps moving, trying his best to move without a limp, though it's just barely still there. He no longer cares about getting stronger, knows that he is already more than strong enough, so he's going to just fuck around with people now. First, he's going to absolutely fucking destroy the area with the researchers, knowing they'll all be there since this is the first test.
He was docile and complacent - he thinks that's right, but the original timeline is so fucked up in his head he's not completely sure that's right anymore - at this point, willing to go along with them if it meant he got stronger, so they shouldn't be expecting him to attack, much less with the precision he's going to do from life times spent just training, with and without his powers, for such an occasion as this. The door opens, letting him see 00001, the very first Sister, from way back before he had realized he'd have to kill the Sisters, staring at him. He barely registers the researcher saying something, just turns his back on the Sister after giving her a soft look. Even with his powers fully back and the Misaka Network still in the beginning stages, he exists within it, something she can obviously feel, if the way she probes him and backs off is any clue.

AdventureOne shots for this guy, damnit I was trying so hard to wait, but I've already written the first chapter so may as fucking well. Enjoy. He is a character from A Certain Magical Index, so that's there. Marking as complete but will still take requests...
