Yomikawa can not ever say she's met someone as cold as Accelerator. Not his personality, though that could certainly use a lot of work, but she can understand if his childhood was so messed up it'll take a few years for him to get better. But he is literally always cold. During the hot days, Last Order loves to cuddle up to him, claiming he's a popsicle. The adults hadn't believed her, until he'd brushed past them and he really felt like an icicle. Yoshikawa had freaked, lunged after the teen and grabbed him by the back of his shirt, ignoring his choked yelp as she felt for fever, for anything that might be wrong, cause it had been a day of almost 100 degrees.

He'd finally managed to get free and leveled her with a glare, a slightly raspy " What the fuck do you think you're doin?" comin out as he adjusts his cane. Yomikawa had gone to settle him a bit, urging him to catch up before Last Order got too far, which had the teen cursing as he shuffled off, taking a key off the hook and closing the door behind him. It had been silent for a few moments, aside from Yoshikawa's typing, and then the blue haired woman sighs, turning to her friend.

"What's wrong with him? He didn't look sick or like he was hiding something. He hasn't acted off at all, not even the slightest bit, so I don't think this is something new for him."

"Hmm... I think his powers are helping him, just like it does with his reflection. It's reflecting away the hotter temperature, in order to stop him from getting hurt or too warm, but it's still maintaining his internal temperature perfectly. I think his power has messed him up inside, just a bit. He's putting off heat, but only inside and not so far that it reaches the top most layer of skin, so he feels cold to us.

"In all actuality I think his body can't handle a temperature that goes higher than it is right now, because his body isn't equipped to handle anything hotter. Of course, he could in theory, die if his body gets any hotter, but there's no real way to know. But he can certainly get colder, so we'll have to watch him during the cold seasons."

"Alright. I'll go buy a whole bunch of fluffy blankets that he can steal claiming he's tired of sleeping out in the open or whatever, when he actually starts to get cold. Plus, fluffy blankets are never not embarrassing, so we're going to get some cute pictures of him sleeping in some and maybe walking around in them, so it's totally worth it."

With a smile, Yomikawa goes off, leaving Yoshikawa to do more research, find a way to help him beyond just blankets and heating packs, especially since that means he is most likely more susceptible to illnesses during that time, maybe even things like frostbite and pneumonia. It takes them several hours, with Yoshikawa talking to Heaven about making clothes that keep someone warm without relying too much on electricity or anything, clothes that trap the heat without fail and keep it at a certain temperature, never hotter. Yomikawa comes in with bags full of blankets, which she proceeds to shove into the room they share, ready to be pulled and placed once it gets colder.

After that, it's far more often where they'll have cuddle sessions with Accelerator, both to get him to accept touch and give him affection, as well as to feel cooler as well, with his power keeping him constantly cold without fail. It's as it gets chillier and colder outside that they notice a change in Accelerator. He doesn't stay out as late, coming home before the sun sets and takes the heat it gives with it, asking them to go get his coffee or anything else once the night hits. He tries really hard to act the same, but they all notice how he's starting to shiver, almost constantly and consistently, even when the sun is shining on him.

Last Order has taken to cuddling with him in his sleep, laying on his chest and letting him leech her heat, his body making sure he never gets too hot but also letting him get some of the warmth so he isn't freezing. Of course, Yomikawa and Yoshikawa start their plan, pulling out blankets and setting them around the house, on the back of chairs, the couch, sometimes just tossing them on the floor or stacked in a corner, trying to encourage him to use them. It's not long before they find him under one - a big fluffy blue one - the blanket pulled up to his neck and the normally tall teen looking small curled up in order to try and maintain the little heat he has.
