Sorted...Again

A/N: I just realized I never showed what Aspen looks like. She look like Maggie Lindemann, just with one blue eye and one green eye. (look on either Quotev or AO3 for pics bc you can actually add links to words there and not on here and I don't really like how you add pics on here) She also has long curly black hair. So, it's Lily's length and texture, but with James's color. And obviously, with a scar going down her left eye. Kinda like Scar from The Lion King, but it goes onto the eyelid as well.

I opened the door and walked inside. No one noticed us. They were too busy watching the First Years get Sorted. Good. I turned to look at Aspen. She looked really nervous. She was fiddling with her fingers.

"Hey, it'll be ok. And. If you do make Gryffindor, I'll save you a seat. Good luck." I lightly put my hand on her arm.

"Thank you, Remus." She looked at and gave a nervous smile. I smiled back, then walked to my friends at the Gryffindor Table.

I sat next to Sirius.

"Hey, Moony. What did McGonagall want?" He asked. Getting the attention of James and Peter.

"Shh. Don't worry about it. You'll know soon enough." I replied back. A smirk on my face.

They all looked confused, but shrugged and turned back to face the front. I think they'll like Aspen. She's seems really nice. I think she would fit in nicely with our group.

*Aspen's Point of View*

Remus opened the door. The Great Hall looked the same, except for the fact that I didn't recognize the students sitting at the Tables.

Thankfully. No one saw us come in. They were too busy looking at the front, watching the First Years get Sorted.

I was really nervous. My heart was pounding slightly. I was also fiddling with my fingers. I was more nervous for this Sorting than my actual Sorting.

"Hey, it'll be ok. And. If you do make Gryffindor, I'll save you a seat. Good luck." I heard Remus say. He then lightly put his hand on my arm, in a comforting manor.

"Thank you, Remus." I looked at him and gave him a nervous smile, which I quickly dropped.

He smiled back and walked to the Gryffindor Table. I watched as he made his way over. He stopped near the end of the Table, near the Staff Table. He sat next to a long black haired boy. My guess? Sirius. Then, two other guys looked over at him. One with mousy colored hair. Peter. And one with short black hair. James. Great.

I took a few deep breaths, still standing by the door. The Sorting was almost over. There were only three kids left. Shit. I am not ready for this. I am not ready for this at all.

"Now, that is the end for the First Year Sorting," McGonagall paused.

"Oh, no. Oh, no." I thought. I was not ready for this. I could feel my anxiety rising.

"But, there is still one more Sorting to do. This year we will have a transfer student with us. She was home schooled. But this year she comes to Hogwarts. She is going to be joining the Fifth Years. I would like everyone to welcome, Miss Aspen Wolfe." She finished, looking over at me.

I saw everybody's heads turn in my direction. The Hall was silent. No one talked. Or moved.

I took a deep breath and started my way down to the Hat in front of the Hall. Everyone's heads followed me. I was so nervous. I got to the front and looked at McGonagall, who was holding the Sorting Hat. She gave me a small smile and extended her arm to the stool. I turned around and looked at everyone. As I looked at the Gryffindor Table, I saw Remus give me a smile and two thumbs up. I smiled back. I didn't even get a chance to look at the person next to him and in front of him, before the Hat was placed on my head.
