Sorry this chapter is so short, I didn't really have anything else to put, anyway, enjoy
The camps gave it their all, they belted the ballets, and they danced their hearts out. There was only 1 answer that the adults determine: Which Camp won.
"I think it's pretty clear that my camp won" Zach grins at his camp. The Shallow Lakers groan in an argument. "You're kidding, right?" Gina scoffs. She finished that song, she must've won it for them. "Yeah, Gina destroyed you guys," Ashlyn says.
"And did you see my brother's moves? No way you beat that" Kourtney scoffs.
"Did you guys actually keep point this time?" Seb asks.
"We did," Miss Jenn. "And even if Camp North was good at dancing, my kids made yours weep when it came to singing."
"So long story short, no one knows who won" Kaden crosses his arms. "Yes we do, we won," Lily says. "You wish" Ashlyn rolls her eyes. As the children start to argue over who won and who lost, Miss Jenn breaks it up.
"You know what, kids? It's fine. Let them say that they won, this competition doesn't matter anyway. At the end of the day, it comes down to the Theater competition because we've got one thing you don't."
"A crown and a scepter?" Shawn crosses his arms
"No, my song" Ashlyn grins. The others start to nod in agreement. Nini was looking through her pockets and see she left her phone. Probably in the costume shop. "I'll be right back," she tells Kourtney before walking away. As she walks down the hall, she spots something shining through the window in Zach's office
"Sorry kids," Zach says. "But an original song doesn't decide if you win the theater competition. The decision's made of flash, the actual performance in general."
"Yeah, you should know about that" Nini says walking back in, with something in her hands.
"The Crown!" Harper grins.
"Where'd you find it?" Kourtney asks.
"In Zach's office. Apparently, they knew we'd check their costume shop."
Miss Jenn and Mr. Mazzara look at Zach surprised. The blonde man just shrugs at them, not feeling guilty. "It's a contest. That's how it is."
"Come on, kids" Miss Jenn says. "Goodbye, Zack." As the Shallow Lakers walk away from their competition, Nini takes one last glare at Lily before walking away. But Lily wasn't fazed, in fact, she returns her glare with a wicked grin.
Nora was the last one to leave, glaring at Jet. Though he didn't know about the Crown, he had a feeling she wouldn't believe him, so he just watches as Nora walks away
Ricky and Nini were walking down the halls. "Okay, what was that with Lily?" Nini asks. She saw them talking and knew that Lily was bad news. They may have been broken up, but she still cared about him. "What are you talking about, nothing's up. What's up with you and that...guy?"
"You mean Shawn, he was just telling me he was a fan of my music. You know, he actually likes the Rose Song" she says before walking away faster. "Now that's unfair," Ricky says before running after her.
"Thanks for having my back, back there," EJ tells Gina with a smile. "Well, didn't look like you needed it, you were great." "So were you, I know you were the best" EJ grins, taking his girlfriend's hand and spinning her around.
Jack and Harper were walking down too. "Well, we're not boyfriend and girlfriend anymore" Harper grins. "Well, for now," Jack shrugs, catching Harper's attention, making her eyes widen. "Wait, what? What does that mean?" She asks. "Whatever you want it means" Jack smirks before walking away. "Uh, hey, get back here," Harper says, chasing after him.
Bryan and Jessie were behind them as well. "You were a pretty good dancer" Jessie compliments him. "Why thank you" Bryan smiles, bowing joyfully, making both of them laugh. "If you want, I could give you some tips" the dark-skinned boy offers. "Boy, you know I can outdance you any day" Jessie whips her hair in his face, laughing
Ashlyn and Big Red were talking about the french kid who repeatedly flirts with Ashlyn. "You know I would never fall for him, would you?" Ashlyn asks. She loved Big Red and was fully devoted to him. "Yeah," Big Red shrugs. "It just...looked like you were pretty interested in what was saying," the redheaded boy says before walking away. Ashlyn starts to worry. She knew she had to do something, quickly, but what?
Again, I'm so sorry that this was short, but after the dance battle, I wasn't really sure what to add after that. So basically, Camp North won at dancing, but Camp Shallow Lake won at singing, so we can see it as a tie. This is the end of "It's Goin' Down" can't wait to think of what I come up with next. Stay safe and have a great day or night, wherever you are.
Plot: After picture day for the production is put on hold, trouble brews between the Shallow Lakers. EJ, Nini, and Gina begin to evaluate Ricky when they find out a secret; Ashlyn tries her best to show Big Red that she truly loves him; Kaden finds a friend who helps him with his feelings; Howie struggles with telling Kourtney a secret; and Jet tries to prove himself to Nora.
And look at this. My heart is set on Gina, I swear if Ashlyn is Anna when she was ALREADY a Disney Princess, I'm gonna destroy Tim
