The Shallow Lakers were in the forest that leads up to the mountains. "Today is all about taking a break and having fun" Miss Jenn says. "So the important thing right now is to be aware of your surroundings" Miss Jenn stops as she sees something.
Seb. Away from the group, picking flowers. When he notices the others looking at him, he quickly gets up and walks next to Carlos, smiling, making Carlos giggle.
"Now, we are all going hiking, but in pairs. So, pair up and split out."
The group starts to chatter and pair up. Ricky and Big Red, EJ and Gina, Kourtney and Howie, Rico and Seb, Jack and Harper, Carlos and Val, and Bryan and Jessie. Kaden and Nora offered to go alone. Nora had her own partner waiting for her as well.
"M'lady, may I have this hike?" Jack smirks, walking up to Harper. "You may indeed" Harper grins.
"What do you say? Partners?" Bryan asks, grinning. "Absolutely" Jessie smiles.
"Now, split up and we will meet back here in 5."
"Thank you, 5," the kids say as they split up.
Ricky and Big Red were hiking near the lake, Ricky puts the hood of his dark blue hoodie on his head and was telling Big Red about how Gina confessed her feelings for her during the storm. "I mean, if she's always had feelings, why didn't tell me sooner? More clear though?"
"I thought she did" Big Red ponders. "You said that she said she wouldn't quit on you guys? Seems pretty clear to me."
"I thought she was moving away, really seemed like she wouldn't quit on our friendship if she wasn't moving away."
"Well, it doesn't matter anymore, she's with EJ now and she seems really happy" Big Red points in front of them to see Gina and EJ, they were laughing something and Gina splashed EJ with water. "You know what? You're right, I'll just stay out of it" Ricky says as they walk away.
"Hey, it's a text from Nini!" Big Red says, showing Ricky the text.
