It has been days? Weeks? Or maybe even months since you found out the worse news that anyone could recieve. You always had a normal life, just like you would expect with some good and bad balanced.

You joined the Avengers to help and your mother was more than proud of your accomplishments, you always thought you had everything you wanted until you met someone.

The most gorgeous woman that anyone could lay their eyes on, and you were lucky enough to even spend longer than couple seconds with her.

The woman of everyone's dreams, especially yours because come on, who wouldn't want to date someone like Natasha, only really stupid and crazy don't.

This woman never took any particular interest in anyone but when she met you, something inside her soft yet protected heart called out for you, the way you smiled and laughed and cracked some lame jokes always made her smile even if she had to look away to do so.

You were the first person to grab Natasha's attention since a long time so she knew you were special, so getting closer to you was something she was afraid of but tried with every cell of her body.

Well she didn't have to try too hard because everything about her just wanted to know everything about you or so she believed. She liked you whilst you fell for her deeper each day, the team was happy when they found out that yous are dating.

Natasha seemed okay with everything, of course she was your first for everything which she didn't know, it was embarrassing for you as she always knew what she was doing so you wanted to impress her.

Your first mistake was agreeing to go out with her...

It was a normal day, any other day without missions being signed, just normal day to relax before the stress starts, you was sitting by your laptop with a wine glass, just enjoying your day in bed, you wasn't planning to do anything that day until F.R.I.D.A.Y informed you to open the door.

Were you confused? Yes, but you did it anyways, she stood there dressed like she was going out somewhere with a single flower in hand, she was smiling as she eyed you from head to toe.

You weren't exactly dressed for guests, you were in your pjs which caused Natasha to laugh a little "Sorry, I didn't mean to disturb you but I came here with an important question"

You looked a little worried, why would Natasha turn up at your door with a single flower and wanting to ask you a question, she must need advice right?

"Sure, what is it Nat?"

She extended her hand towards you that held the flower "Do you want to go out on a date with me?"

Your eyes widen at her words, your mouth opened as you kept staring into her eyes, if you heard that right, she was asking you out on a date.

You guys have hanged out before but you never read anything into it, she was hot and you always thought you were okay, you out of everyone would have never thought she wanted to go on a date with you.

"Well? What do you say?" She spoke up again when there was no answer from you.

You took the flower with a huge smile as you nodded "Yes I will go on a date with you"

And there it was, that choice that you never thought would turn out to be a mistake of your life, in that moment it was everything you wanted.
