Have you ever had a bad feeling about tomorrow that motivates you to function well today?

I never liked Physical Chemistry, but here I am listening attentively to my professor while she's discussing the new lesson.

Maybe I was feeling off because of the weather? Was it because of the gloomy skies?

Maybe.

"That's it for our last meeting. See you when I see you, class." Last meeting? See you when I see you?

"Last meeting po, ma'am?" Chandler asked out of confusion.

"Yes," Our professor sighed. "The officials are thinking of implementing online classes from now on until the end of this month."

Goodness, two weeks din 'yon. Pero bakit naman kaya?

"Bakit po, ma'am?"

"Anong reason po?"

"We are doing well naman po in face to face classes ah?"

Inulan ng maraming tanong ang professors namin. Tiningnan niya kami isa-isa, "A huge typhoon will hit Wasteland estimately by the day after tomorrow. You know our island is prone to typhoons as it faces the Western Pacific. We cannot risk our students' safety."

Oh... that's why the skies are dark.

"Please check our official page from time to time for further announcements. Thank you, students." With that, our professor left.

He heard it and now he's looking at me too.

When she finally looked at me after settling down, I think my lungs dropped at the very moment.

"Hija, I'll get straight to the point, mahihila ng Physical Chemistry ang GWA mo. She asked and I was stunned. "Kasi you've been doing well in other subjects, I've been monitoring your grades. You have potential to excel in Physical Chemistry, Frost. Just motivate yourself a little."

Yumuko ako, "I'll do better po."

Napabuntong hininga siya. "I'm very strict, you know that. But I'm always down to give chances to my students."

"Opo."

"I'll send two problem solving questions to your school email, if you get a perfect score then I might consider giving you extra points in your midterms." Dagdag pa ni prof. "Kasi hija, I don't know where should I get your grades. Hindi lang tres ang kalalabasan nito, quatro."
