After a while of her brother being gone, Astoria had yet to go back to school. She had still been reading all of her educational books, so she was learning, but had yet to join the school.
Though, after receiving a letter from her brother, Astoria is thinking it might be best to register. She had been thinking about it all day, and had finally made her decision.

"Next school year, I'm going to be joining school. I would like to register now, please." Astoria said.
"Yes, of course. Where is your guardian?" The man asked.
"My mother and father are both dead. I speak for myself." She replied.
"O-oh... Alright, well, sign here, here, and here, and everything will be sorted out." The man told her.

Astoria began to prepare, making sure everything would be fit and ready for her to go back to school. She was in search of people to mend the animals and crops a few hours a day when she was at school, and she had found the perfect person.
A boy, a year or so older than her, is available for the school year. She found this perfect and wrote a letter to him, explaining her circumstances and what she wanted from him. A few days later he wrote back saying how he would take the job, which made her beyond ecstatic.
So, she still had a couple months until the school year was to arrive and that was enough time to mend crops and animals and make sure they were up to par when the working boy came along to tend to them.
