Shifting on her bed, Bo Young painted a smile on her face. She felt well rested. It has been a long time since she last felt this way.

Turning to her bedside table, she grabbed her phone and saw that it's still early. Good! She can still join him for breakfast.

In the first two weeks of filming, Bo Young learned that In Guk likes to come to work early and have breakfasts with the production team. She liked that about him. She's pretty much the same in that regard.

She couldn't really understand how she let herself be bothered by something absurd yesterday. However, she's certain she wants to thank her co-star for taking care of her. Not to mention, saved her from getting into an accident.

He looked pretty tired and wasn't his energetic self yesterday either. So she appreciated his gesture all the more. In fact, if she was being honest, she owes this well rested version of herself to him.

"What should I wear?" She whispered to herself as she roamed in her walk-in closet.

This is new. Are you going to impress someone?

"No, no, no." She said as she clapped her hands on her face a few times. Choosing what to wear doesn't necessarily mean she wants to impress anyone.

You usually just pick up the first thing that catches your eyes.

"True. But I feel great today. Shouldn't I dress to match that mood?" She continued talking to herself.

Let's say we agree to that. But don't tell me we're not thinking about him at least a bit.

"We aren't."

Your heart seems giddy though.

Bo Young placed a hand on her chest at that. Her heart does seem giddy today. With a sigh, she found herself in front of a life size mirror.

Flashbacks of what happened yesterday dawned on her. In particular, the part where she found herself wrapped in her co-star's arms. Being in his embrace did feel nice.

----

"Great! I made it just in time." Bo Young said in a voice loud enough for him to hear. She noticed he had earphones on.

She then placed a cup of iced Americano in front of him on the table. She wasn't sure what he preferred. But no one could go wrong with iced Americano right?

In Guk looked over his shoulder to find Bo Young smiling at him. He followed her with his gaze as she pulled out a chair and sat next to him. He took off his earphones as he did so.

"I'm not sure what to get you but I hope I'm not wrong." Bo Young started. For the first time since arriving, she saw him smile. She almost congratulated herself for eliciting it from him.

Thank God everyone decided to not join him for breakfast today. They'd otherwise see how his smile affected her. Hopefully he didn't notice it himself.

Get a grip Bo Young.

"Thank you." He said picking the cup up and taking a sip. Bo Young waved her free hand in the air to dismiss what he said. Then, she placed her own coffee cup on the table.

"No. I should be thanking you." She responded. "Thank you for taking care of me." She added and then she bowed to him to express her gratitude.

He gave her his trademark smirk and said, "You would have done the same." He then pushed an unopened snack box to her direction. "This just arrived. I haven't touched it. If you haven't had breakfast, you can have it."

"What's in it?" Bo Young casually asked. "Chicken." In Guk chuckled to his own response. "I'm on a diet." He added as if that would explain the chicken salad in the snack box.

She just nodded in response while opening the box. "Have you eaten yet?" She asked. "I was about to. I'll just get another box in a bit." In Guk answered.

"We can share." Bo Young offered. "You have the spoon though. I'll use the fork." She said in between giggles.

In Guk couldn't help his soft laugh from escaping him. He wouldn't be able to suppress it if he tried. Seeing Bo Young in a good mood, puts him in a good mood himself.

"You're reading the script?" He heard her ask. "Yes." He responded as he turned to his side to look at her.

There's something different about her today, he just couldn't point it out. It's not the cheerful vibe that's new. He's familiar with that. It was why he can tell she wasn't herself yesterday.

----

"I know I'm pretty. But I'm busy."

In Guk burst out laughing hearing her say it out of nowhere. Although he was surprised, the pun wasn't lost on him. It's after all his character's iconic line in the series.

"Ya! If you don't think so, you didn't have to let me know." Bo Young said pretending to be offended and looking away. "You were the one staring at me." She added in whisper.

Her heart almost stopped when she felt his hands on her shoulders and in a split second, her pretend offense was washed over by an overwhelming mix of emotions. The same hands on her shoulders were what he used to make her face him again. "I didn't mean to laugh."

"I was just laughing because I was caught off guard by your wit. And I was staring at you. Sorry." He added, his smile not leaving his face.

Bo Young raised an eyebrow at him in query.

"I have been thinking what seems to be new about you today." He answered her unvoiced question. "I really like it though. Whatever it is. It suits you."

"Wo~w. I am in awe at how straightforward you are." Bo Young couldn't help but voice out her thoughts.

"I'm just being considerate." In Guk responded. "How is that being considerate?" She genuinely asked.

"Well, if I answered vaguely, you would still wonder about it, wouldn't you?" He said throwing her a question in response. Bo Young nodded in understanding. He does make a point.

"Besides, I also know you like considerate people." In Guk said with a knowing smirk. He then stood up before she can even ask more questions. "That's what you said in an interview 6 years ago."

Bo Young was now left with more questions after that. How can he remember what she said 6 years ago? And which interview was that?

And amidst all that happened in their interaction, there was something that was forgotten. Something more pressing than a recollection of a six-year-old memory.

Myul Mang blew off the leaf on his palm as he watched In Guk leave Bo Young not very far from where he leaned on a tree. "Ninety nine."
