"Let's live together."

Did I hear that right?

Despite the peculiarity of that suggestion, In Guk didn't take a lot of time to give her an answer. Tilting his head to the right, he then exhaled sharply. No. It wasn't because of the cold.

"Sure."

"What?"

"I said, sure. Let's live together."

Why did I even ask him that!? What would he think of me now?

"Don't worry your pretty head about what I'm thinking." She heard him say. In Guk watched as Bo Young's eyes opened wide.

"Ya! Are you even Seo In Guk-shi!?"

As an initial reaction, In Guk quickly covered his co-star's mouth. "Shh~ Are you out of your mind?" He whispered. "What's the point of you and I meeting secretly like this if you're going to shout my name?"

Bo Young was surprised that his hand is warm. And while that's the least of her concerns, she finds that she didn't mind the contact. Taking his hand off her lips, she responded.

"I was just asking cause you read my mind. Frankly speaking, I don't know when Myul Mang will arrive and whose physical form he or she will be using."

"Fair enough." In Guk nodded in understanding. "Are you going to keep holding my hand while we talk about living together?" He added jokingly.

Bo Young quickly released him and threw him a dark look. "How can you even joke at this hour?" She asked.

"Well I thought the best joke at the moment was you suggesting we live in the same house." In Guk said putting his mask back to cover his face. He then placed a hand on the top of her head. "So when is all this arrangement going to happen?"

----

"Are you sure we're going to do this?" Bo Young asked. Her anxiety must have made her crazy to even suggest living together with her co-star.

"Last time I checked, you offered. I just agreed." In Guk answered. "Your house looks nice." He added. They have managed to get to Bo Young's house without hiccup.

"Yes, I offered but that doesn't mean you have to agree to it." Bo Young responded. "Then why did you present the idea?" He asked in response.

Bo Young took a deep breath and then sat across from her guest. "I don't know. I must have been out of my mind." She said in resignation. She didn't look at him as she said it. She played with her fingers on the table and put her focus there.

"I think you're afraid." He said. Hearing that, Bo Young turned to look at him. "I am too." In Guk admitted.

"And I think it's a brilliant idea to stay together so we can figure things out." He continued. "Not that we can escape this. But you know? At least figure out what we can do before we leave."

"Yaa~ don't talk about death." Bo Young couldn't help but say. She didn't even realize she recited Shin Do Hyun's and Dawon's script until her companion chuckled.

"How can you laugh?" She added half crying half laughing. In Guk had to admit, she looked cute just now.

Giving her a soft smile, he decided not to respond. It wasn't like they had any choice but to accept it. But if she didn't want to hear about it, he wasn't going to mention anything until she's ready.

They stayed in the dining area quietly. Instead of voicing out their thoughts, they stared at each other, figuring out and understanding the person who sat opposite them. What will they figure out in 94 days?

While the silence continued, In Guk extended his hand to her. Bo Young slowly accepted it. "Let's do our best." He smiled while he shook her hand.

"Un." Bo Young responded with a nod. She also found that she's able to manage a smile now. Somehow, knowing she'll not face it alone made all the difference.

----

"You can unpack later. Come sit." Bo Young said, gesturing for In Guk to join her in the sun room.

In Guk couldn't help but stop and stare at her small frame for a bit. He watched as she slid open the tall glass windows in front of her. As soon as she did, the light from the sun danced on her face, it made her glow. There was a reason it's called a sun room. And it's doing wonders on Bo Young's features.

Only when Bo Young returned her attention to him was he able to remember he was supposed to be joining her. Putting his things down, he made his way to his co-star. He just realized, if they ever decide they're too afraid to face death alone, he'd be spending the rest of his life with her.

"So~ ground rules." She started as soon as he reached her. "I don't think there's a need for those." He replied.

"But I'm a woman and you're a man and there should be some boundaries." She reminded. She didn't want him to think she's the easy type. Disregarding the fact that she was the one who proposed cohabitation.

"You have your room, I have mine. For the common areas, I don't think there's a need to draw a line for those. Unless, you actually hate my gut and you would rather I'm not around when you use the space." In Guk pointed out. "Do you?"

"No. Of course not." Bo Young conceded. The very reason she proposed the idea was because she was afraid of dealing with the situation on her own. And while it's ill thinking, it's comforting to know she isn't the only one dying.

"But! There should be an agreement on at least a curfew?" She said in sudden thought that she'd have to let him know when she's going to arrive and vice versa so they don't worry about the other's well being. Living together makes them responsible of each other.

"We work together, did you forget?" In Guk said with a small smile. "I'm not an adventurous person either. I'd easily get lost. I typically go home right after work." He added before she can even go to asking he might have other places to go to after shooting.

"Right, right. No rules then."
