Surprised at the discovery of his true feelings, In Guk stopped kissing her and took a step back. That's when the director called "Cut!".

"That was wonderful!" The director continued. It was the exact same emotion he wanted to show on the screen. He has worked with In Guk before and the actor has always easily picked up on his style. This however, among all the times he did exactly what he pictured, was the most impeccable. There wasn't anything he wanted to change about it.

Park Bo Young did not disappoint either. The way she looked confused was the same image he had in mind for the scene. If he'd be honest, and if it wasn't trigger for rumors, he'd think what he just shot was true.

No one would know how Bo Young felt at that moment. In fact, she's hoping her immediate cheerfulness after filming the scene would cover up the fact that her heart is beating rapidly inside her chest. Only she would know how that kiss affected her. That's what she hoped at least.

She knew from some articles that Seo In Guk was good at kissing. She just didn't think he was that good, she almost forgot they were filming. If anyone would ask, she would readily deny she got butterlies from that fake intimacy.

"Bo Young-ah, you have to decide quickly." She whispered to herself. There was no way she's staying in the same house as he is tonight.

"Will you now let us drive you home or are you going to go home yourself again?" She heard her manager ask from the dressing room door. "I'm too tired. Yes, I'd love it if you could drive me home."

It's quite disconcerting that the scene ended some 30 minutes ago but she's still struggling to keep her heart calm. The last time she felt this way was so long ago she couldn't even remember. And certainly, not after a kissing scene with a colleague in the industry.

"Ready?"

"Yup! Will be there in a bit. Let me just grab my things."

Keep your head space clear. There are more pressing matters than this. You're going to die remember?

----

Closing the door behind him, In Guk went straight for the couch. It just dawned on him that he really has resigned to the idea that this, Bo Young's house, is his home. He has been contempating since the kiss ended if he was going back to his real house but he ended up driving where he is right now anyway.

He has never felt so worked up after doing a kissing scene before. Then again, he's never felt anything as close to how he feels about Park Bo Young with any of his leading ladies. He shouldn't have been surprised, taking into account they have spent a considerable amount of time together, not only on the set, but even after working hours. Yet, here he is, sitting on the couch puzzled at the discovery that he might actually like her more than a colleague or even a friend.

He was so deep in his head space that it gave him a bit of a shock when his phone vibrated in his coat's pocket. Blowing some air off his chest, he pulled it out and checked the notification. Speaking of the devil.

Oppa, I'm going home to my parents' tonight. Will you be alright on your own?

In Guk was not able to stop himself from chuckling at her message. "What do you think I am? I'm a grown man."

Psh~ You really get on my nerves. I'll be home in the morning. Good night!

Shaking his head and then leaning on the back of the couch, he almost cried. How is she so cute? He concluded, he's majorly doomed.
