Who in the world is in their right mind knocking at someone's door at 2 a.m.?

Bo Young had to quickly finish washing her face even if she wanted to wash it longer. What was the door bell invented for anyway if people would bang on doors however they want to? It was just so loud the surprise she got was enough to make her forget she didn't have neighbors who will be disturbed by the noise. For a split second, that's what she worried herself about, not taking into account the fact that she's living alone and it could be some psycho waiting for her outside.

In Guk?

Through her door's peep hole, she can see her co-star, In Guk. He is smiling at her. Or at least he is smiling to himself cause he sure wouldn't have any idea she's already at the door, would he?

It didn't really take so much time for her to open the door of her home to him as soon as she saw who is standing outside. He was after all with her just 30 minutes ago. They parted as soon as filming the last scene for the day was over. How did he ever find my place anyway?

He didn't take long in breaking her reverie however, when he walked past her just as soon as she opened her door for him. Bo Young isn't so sure if it was her door which is more wide open or her mouth. It was just so astonishing, in a not so nice way, how he just walked to her living space without even glancing at her.

This certainly wasn't a behavior of his that she's accustomed to. He's always nice to her and makes things light for everyone when shooting their scenes. Was all that an act?

Wow! He really is a superb actor then.

"Aren't you going to entertain your guest?" he asked. He really is full of surprises at this time, isn't he? Bo Young watched as he sat on her couch.

Getting her act together, Bo Young closed the door and made her way to where he is. It is important that she is made aware of the reason why he's in her house when it's not even breaking dawn. "I could do that but aren't you going to tell me first what's your business here? Not that I'm being rude, but it's 2 in the morning."

He simply smirked at her in response and pat the empty space on the couch with his hand. "If you are not going to tell me what you are doing here, I might have to panic and get myself removed from the series." She wasn't sure if it was right to admit to someone that you're afraid of them even if subtly done, but it already escaped her lips and there was no taking her words back.

"Relax..." he started then paused. He tilted his head to the right while putting his left hand on his chin in contemplation. "Well I'm not really sure if you should relax, considering you only have 100 days left to live."

"What?!" Bo Young couldn't help herself from reacting. And then she laughed. "What are you talking about? That's a poor way of lightening up the mood, don't you think?"

"I'm not making things seem light. I'm actually telling you the truth." He said. He was now looking at her seriously and for the first time in Bo Young's life, she decided she's going to hate her co-star. His joke isn't the funniest and it's kind of unsettling too.

"Are you going to be like that the whole time? Cause really, I'm nowhere near delighted about this surprise visit." Bo Young made sure that she was at a safe distance from him by pretending she was walking to the kitchen to get him some water.

When she got a glass of water, she put it on the counter and continued her speech. "But really, what's your purpose for coming here at this hour?" She never left the kitchen cause she had knives there.

It unnerved her when she heard him laugh though. "If I told you a secret, would you promise not to scream though?" he asked a bit loudly. It was funny how she obviously distanced herself from him.

"Alright!" Bo Young said in resignation. She's already so tired, she just wants to sleep. That is, if her recently developed anxiety allows her to.

----

"I am not In Guk. I just made myself look like him so you would let me in." Ha! As if that wasn't the biggest joke I've ever heard. Do you think I'd fall for that?

"I know you wouldn't." he said.

How did he even know to respond to that?

"Because I can hear your mind." he chuckled in response.

Wait! This is just like in the drama! Am I dreaming? I'm in a dream!

"No you aren't. But you are most definitely trying to fool yourself by denying what's actually happening."

"What are you? How?" Bo Young was rendered speechless by the absurdity of what's going on.

"I'm Myul Mang. And I'm here to grant you a wish." her guest responded. He is now sporting a smile. This smile of his is what she's familiar with.

Giggling, Bo Young found herself sitting across from him. "I must be out of my mind. You aren't even funny." she said as she shook her head. "If you're Myul Mang, are you really going to grant me a wish? Isn't that for genies?"

"I can understand why you don't believe me. But you really only have 100 days left to live." he responded as he drew the numbers in the air and they manifested. "I'm just being generous because I was near your workplace and heard what you said in your interview. It felt like you really meant it. I like sincere people."

When she didn't respond, Myul Mang took his eyes from the numbers he wrote in the air, to the lady in front of him. "Wow! I must be really sleepy that I'm literally seeing what you drew."

"It's because I wanted you to see it." Myul Mang replied. "It's fascinating isn't it?"

"Uhu," she responded with a nod. "Let's say I believe you. Why do you look like Seo In Guk?"

"Like I said, it's so you would let me in. I doubt you'd let anyone you're not familiar with, enter your house at this hour."

"Fair enough. But why him?"

"Does it matter? I thought maybe it's a fun disguise. Seo In Guk is recently gaining more popularity. It wouldn't hurt to borrow his look."

I am so quitting the series. Bo Young thought.

"Well, if you only have 100 days to live, I agree. You have to quit filming to be able to travel the world." He added.

"Just how...?" Bo Young said and trailed off.

She watched as he stood up from her couch and made his way to the door. He was halfway to it when he looked over his shoulder. "I can help you travel around the world. I can teleport you where you want to go. Just take my offer while I'm being generous."

And then, he was out the door.

"Ha! Teleport my ass. He had to exit through a door!"

Hahaha. I heard you.

"Stop listening and answering me in my head!"
