Chapter 7 : Apple woods

(a few weeks later after chapter 6, Owen's POV)

Me and Clover had became boyfriend and girlfriend a few weeks ago, in the morning, we took Spark, Blossom and Icy to visit Machamp's dojo, a new training center that opened a few days ago, it had some nice equipment in it and it was completely free, in the afternoon, we went back the the guild to select a mission, when we entered, loud voice came from the center of the guild hall.

"EMERGENCY MEETING, no matter what you guys are doing right now, get off your asses and come to the guild hall" the voice said, and it no doubt belonged to Loudred, and soon everymon rushed towards the gathering square.

"What happened Loudred?" "Is everything ok?" "I was in the middle of something, better be something important" "I hope it's not anything bad" voices rose in the hall.

"Silence everymon, I have an important announcement to make" Chatot's voice came out from the guildmaster's office, soon he came out with a piece of paper in his right wing.(don't ask me how he's flying while doing that)

"Time has stopped in Limestone cave, the time gear there has been stolen" he said, and voices immediately began to rise again. 

"Who would have done such a thing?" "Even the worst thief wouldn't steal a time gear" "What kind of wretched mon would have done that?" "We have to do something"

"Silence everymon, the guardian of that gear is an acquaintance of our guildmaster, guildmaster is watching over the guardian who is currently in the pokecenter, they got badly wounded in their fight against the thief, the guardian also claims that it took him a long time to get here due to their wounds delaying them, and during this time the thief might have already got to another gear...and the mon who stole it is..." Chatot continued, then showed us a poster of wanted mon.

"S rank outlaw Grovyle, level and ability unknown, has half a leaf missing on his left arm, and wears a ragged brown outfit, crime: stealing a time gear" was written on the poster. 

"Wow, that mon seems scary" "But surely he isn't too strong since he isn't fully evolved" "We have to capture him as fast as we can" voices were coming out again, and guildmaster came down the stairs.

"Everymon in the hall, I have some sad new to tell you...the time gear in Treeshroud forest has been stolen" guildmaster said with a serious look we had never seen on his face. "Thankfully, the guardian of Limestone cave will survive his injuries, I will try to figure out a way to stop this mon as fast as I can, now everymon, go and do your own duties" he said, and everymon left the guild hall and they were still discussing about the time gears.

I did a short explanation to the kids about what time gears are, and Chatot came called out team name. "Team Fleaf, we need you to do something special for the guild today" he said. 

"What is it?" I asked. "Well, the guildmaster is kind of distressed today, and we are also running out of perfect apples, his favorite kind of food, delicious, a tiny bit of sour, but sweet" he said. "He gets mad if he doesn't have his daily apples, so don't you dare fail, you don't want to see him mad" he added.

"Where do we get those apples?" Clover asked. "A lot of them grow in apple woods, you should find plenty of them there" he said and pointed at a place on the map, and we left for the woods. "Something doesn't feel right, but it might just me be" I thought to myself.

"Man I hate this place" Clover said. We had arrived at Apple woods, however there were plenty of bug types and poison types.

"Don't worry mommy, if you don't like bugs, I can deal with them" Blossom said to her. "I'll take care of the grass types, big sis" said Icy. "I'll take care of the flying types then" said Spark. I smiled at them after hearing what they said, I was planning on taking care of them however the kids were willing to do it for Clover, I saw Clover smile, "Thanks guys" she said.
