Jesse and Emily made it to New York, and were just leaving the airport. Jesse was already on the phone as they walked through the doors outside. Emily wasn't far behind, looking around for anything that stood out. Alot stood out of course, but nothing that alarmed her.
"Where are we going?" Emily asks as Jesse pulls the phone away from his ear.
"Small warehouse a few miles away from the target. Driver should be here any second now. Black Sedan, ADL 3799" he tells her and she nods, glancing around for the car. She taps him on the shoulder and points at the car slowing down on the pick up point.
"Get in." A voice calls through the slightly opened window, it was low and rough, making Emily feel like this was a person that they shouldn't piss off. Jesse opens and holds the door for her, and she quickly enters.
"Randal. It's been a while." Jesse comments to one of the two in the front.
"Yes, it has Talos." The man in the passenger replies, causing Jesse to cringe ever so slightly, but Emily caught it.
"It's Jesse." Jesse corrects and the man looks into the mirror with a smirk, one of his teeth was gold plated, Emily marked.
"Ah, you finally use a normal name. How about Azura, huh?" He asks. "Seen her on the news with that Shadow."
"Ex-Shadow." Emily corrects.
"Quite the outfit you have going on, Talos. I sense our little mission a few years ago definitely set you on this path, hm?"
"Yeah, that's actually what we are here for. We are ready to collect our debt. We need some firepower." Jesse states and the man turns around to fully face the two. He had a scar running down his left cheek, it was healed over but it was still very visible, his hair was nonexistent, and his green eyes had a coldness Emily didn't realise green eyes could have.
"Of course, Talos. I think Angelo will be more than happy to accommodate you." He responds as he looks over at Emily to take her in. "Let me guess, ex-light?" He asks.
"What gave it away?" Emily questions.
"I have an eye for these things, young one. I've served as Angelo's right hand man for a long time, I know when to spot your type." He responds cryptically.
"It's how you case the environment." Jesse answers. "Light members are trained in a certain way. You picked up on his gold tooth. The way you scanned him when he looked at you, the way your hands tightened where your weapon would be. He knew you were trained by someone like the Light, so it was either the Light or the Shadows. Probably deducted from you being with me that it was more likely to be a light member than a shadow."
"Not fond of Shadows, are you Talos?" The man smirks. "Got a nasty scar from one, has he shown you?"
"No." Emily answers simply.
"T'was a bad day. He and Azura had just been betrayed by the Light. Knew that we were not fond of 'em. Needed money, we had a job. But just as we were sorting out the payment, seems we had a hit out by Lucifer himself, seems some of our guys wanted to take over. Five assassin's attacked us. Talos and Azura helped us take them out. Of course They took them on, and won. But not before Talos took a nasty cut." The man indicates to Jesse's side, to which Jesse's covers with his hand.
"Yeah yeah, enough with the stories. We are here for the weapons, how long till we can get em?" Jesse asks impatiently.
"Not long my friend. Angelo is awaiting for our arrival, he's very keen to see you again Talos." The man states.
"Oh joy." Jesse mutters under his breath as he brings his eyes to the window.

It took about half an hour till they had reached their destination. It was an old industrial estate. Only a few of the buildings looked to be even running. Emily had already clocked on numerous drug deals, weapon deals, all manners of illegal activity.
