Chapter 26: Negotiations

Hyejin sighed as Yoona's tears started forming in her eyes again.

"Did he recognize you?"

Yoona nodded in negative.

"I don't know.. He asked to see my face but I just- I just ran out of there.."

There was silence for a few seconds, before Hyejin held both of Yoona's hands in hers, looking up at her crying face from below as she was knelt on the floor.

"Do you want to return to them?"

"I don't know."

"I won't blame you for leaving, Yoona."

Yoona shook her head furiously, sniffling.

"No.. I don't want to leave you.. And they abandoned me, why should I go back to them?"

"Because they're still your parents, Yoona. I'm sure they'd try to understand you. You can go to them and talk if you want, I won't stop you."

"Then why can't you do the same?"

Hyejin froze up, her grip on Yoona's hands slowly loosening. She awkwardly shifted as she got herself into a more comfortable position.

"I'm sorry I shouldn't have brought it-"

"It's okay. I'll just go check up on the boys. I think you should go for sometime.. Get some fresh air."

Yoona nodded as Hyejin got up from the ground, heading towards the rooms of the injured vampires.

The next morning:

"Call Hyunjin and ask him to come over to collect these."

"You're done?"

"Yeah, ask him to bring something to take these away in."

Yeonjun swiftly took off the latex on his hands and took off the glasses on his face, propping them on his head.

He carefully placed each test tube in a holder, as he got up from the couch, taking off the coat he wore and throwing it over the couch, leaving to his room as he left the younger ones to take care of what he finished.

It should be enough.

He shut his door, walking to the bathroom before turning back out to grab a few new clothes and clean towels before he went back into the bathroom and came out 20 minutes later, in new garments. He walked out to the balcony of his penthouse hotel room, rubbing the towel on his wet hair in an attempt to dry it faster.
