I didn't know where I was. But somebody had taken me. I was hefted across their shoulder like a bag, how terribly uncomfortable.
I couldn't fight my way out, I'm not that good. I'd just hope Alex noticed I was gone from Valhalla, and thought something weird of it. Or literally anyone on floor nineteen.
Specifically Alex, though. I'd feel hurt if my own partner would notice I was gone. It isn't like me to not show up to classes. But then again, this is Alex.
I was thrown onto something, and it drove off with me on, or in it. It was completely dark, so I guessed I was blindfolded. My captors were smart enough to tie my hands, and feet. Not just my hands.
They seemed to be experts, so I knew I was in terrible hands. Underneath me, I felt metal. I inched around the best I could. All I felt was metal. So they put me in something. I heard voices just outside. Of course! Birds, or any animal in the wild...
We were passing by a forest maybe? Yeah, that seems right.
How stupid they are- then that was it. I suppose that was it. Maybe we went under a tunnel, I don't know. The vehicle I had been thrown in came to a stop suddenly. How much time passed? The only thing I could think of, was if Alex figured out someone had stolen me.
And, how valuable was I? Why was I stolen, and not somebody else? I grumbled as I was thrown into yet, another vehicle. Still metal.
I take it these were the large trucks I'd seen driving around. Or maybe I was put into a cage, that had no light, and was in an SUV.
Please be the first option then. I don't want to be in a tight space. I thought about what I had done for Blitz, making the sun break through earth...
No. They probably knew what I could do, and had a plan in place for that. I heard them talking, but couldn't quite make sense with the words.
Along the way, I had fallen asleep. And had not-so-peaceful dreams of a rising threat. I couldn't make out what it was, but their voice was deep, serious, and Alex please don't kill me later, enchanting.
"Magnus Chase, eh? My men are bringing you to me now." He said. I could identify the gender, but now I just needed to know who he was. "You'll be here when you wake up. Let's get to know eachother...Maggie?" Rage pulsed through me.
Only one person had the right to call me that. And that was Alex Fierro. I wanted to claw at his throat, strangle him. But I couldn't like all the times Loki visited me in dreams when we were hunting him when he was sailing on Naglfar. The ship of the dead.
Also, during that time was when Alex kissed me the first time. Crossing a frozen lake, on the brink of death that we wouldn't come back from. I also met my grandfather's ex-wife, Skadi. We shared a common enemy, and she let us live.
To defeat Loki. Other than that, I have no reason for why she'd let us go alive. Njord's a weird grandfather for sure. On my dad, Frey's side of the family. I woke up, and noticed my blindfold was off. Thank Odin for that, I was starting to hate darkness.
I was in a room that had cells. No duh, but mine was not the only one occupied. There was a kid, no older than 6 in here. I glanced to the side, and shrugged. I slid over, and smiled at the little kid. "Hello," I croaked, my voice hoarse.
They looked up at me. "Hi..." She had a sweet voice. I almost died of how cute she was. In a brotherly way(relax, Alex!).
"You seem like a lovely kid, I'm Magnus Chase." I smiled.
"Are...are you a demigod too?" Her question shocked me. But I nodded.
"Yep. A Norse one. Son of Frey." She went wide-eyed.
"I don't know mine, but I've always liked fire." She smiled at me. Fire. Surt? I shook my head. That was long ago. I have to forget my past like everybody else.

I paced around in his room. Where the Hel was Magnus? Sam watched irritatedly, before shrugging. "Alex, I'm sure-"
"No. He's our healer, he can't fight his way out if someone took him. Get the rest of floor nineteen- oh, and Blitzen and Hearthstone." I growled, shifting into a wolf and smelling around.
They were smart, left no trace except for Magnus' stupid scent. That sucked. Where was he?
The rest gathered at his door, and I shifted back to my human form. "Someone took Magnus."
