It's 2:00 o'clock p.m.

I head out to get Chick-fil-a to pick up a sandwich, fries and a tea for Savannah before I pick her up from school.

I get to WCHS (Waterbury Creek High School) and look for Savannah by the front office.

After five minutes she finally walks out and hops into the car.

"Hey mom! How was you- YOU GOT ME CHICK-FIL-A?! Oh my god thank you so much! I love you so much!"

I mean it was the least I could do, won't be long before I don't have the chance to do this for her anymore.

"You're welcome Sav. I love you more! Anyways, I was thinking that we could go to the mall later and get you some new clothes? It's been really cold out and I was thinking you could use a new jacket, boots, and whatever else you need. Sound okay to you?"
"Mom you really don't need to get me all of this stuff it's really unneces-"

It wasn't unnecessary. It's most likely one of the last times I'll ever be able to buy my amazing daughter something before I go.

"Savannah, it really is necessary. It's getting cold out. You have no coat, no boots, and you barely have any long sleeves. We all know summer has always been your favorite season, hence the reason you have so many shorts and tank tops. I definitely think this is necessary to buy some new accessories for winter. Now be quiet and enjoy the ride. Mall, here we come!"

Savannah shuts up after that.

She looks out the window majority of the car ride. She opens the window and waves her hand through the air. Making what seems like a wave.

I'm so caught up in her beauty, it brings tears to my eyes. I just want to stay in this moment forever. I wanted my life to last.

Then that's when everything goes downhill.

I get so caught up that I forget to even look at the road. Before I know it the brakes stop working. I try to stay calm but Sav is starting to notice the speed staying at the same pace while we are approaching a red light.

"Mom, slow down! You're gonna crash into a car or something, be careful!"

I reply with, "Savannah, hold on to your seatbelt, tight."

We approach the red light. There are tons of cars. I don't know where to stop. However, there is a big pine tree right next to us. I think for a second. Should I? Should I not?

I do it.

I drive the car into the tree.

I didn't want anyone to get hurt, and I couldn't prevent Sav or I from getting hurt but I hope my baby is okay.

I feel a sharp pain in my stomach and immediately lose consciousness.

It's all black now...
