Ryujin's POV

"What class do you have now, babe?"  Yanae asked making me look at her.

"Literature, wish you were there." She smiled at me, making me smile also.

Seeing her happy, always makes me happy. If she ever stops being happy, I might never be happy myself. I try to always care for her and keep her happy to make her not lock herself up away from the world. Hope she'll be my best friend forever.

Even if I get a girlfriend and 'won't have much time for her'.

I will always, everything to keep her safe, healthy and happy.

"Oh... With my dad. Good luck." She patted my shoulder. I instantly pulled her into a quick hug before I had to go to that stupid literature class.

But thanks Yanae, I'll need it.

Suddenly I saw Arin coming close to us with a big, bright smile on her face, which made my heart slightly race. I also saw that she had her 3 best friends Seunghee, Jiho and Yubin with her.

"Hey Ryujin, class is starting soon. Let's go?"

"Yeah, let's go."

I immediately joined the 4 girls and started heading towards the class. I didn't even say 'Bye' to Yanae but she'll understand and she'll forgive me so that's whatever. Right now, I gotta focus on Arin aka my crush.

"Oh unnie, I was wondering if you wanted to hang out after school today." I smiled at her as she chuckled softly and interlocked our arms together, which made my heart flutter. 

My cheeks turned into a light shade of pink at the simple action even though I do it every day with Yaneli.

But it's with Arin, so it's different.

She's my crush, where as Yanae is my best friend.

"Oh sorry Ryujinnie, I'm hanging out with Chorong and Hayoung today." She had an apologetic look on her face.

I felt kinda disappointed but she has her own friends and I won't stop her from hanging out with them whatsoever. But I really want to hang out with her today...

"But you can come along if you'd like!" Her tone of voice changed to happy.

I felt happier right when she said that. I'm totally going, just to spend more time with Arin.

Think about it, the more time I spend with her, the closer we get, the faster I can share my true feelings with her and possibly become her girlfriend.

At least I hope.

"Really?"

"Yeah!"

"Okay, I'll come!" I beamed excitedly, slightly tugging at her shoulder. She smiled from ear to ear and intertwined our finger together.

My heart started racing and I felt butterflies in my stomach when she did that.

Something is really special about her, she seems to always be all smiley and happy, she's extremely sweet and nice.

And about her looks... Oh gosh.

She looks like a real-life gorgeous princess.

Without even realizing it, the school bell rang and we were entering the classroom where we found our teacher, Mr.Jung already standing by the whiteboard.
