year 3
Christmas day, one week skip.
Third person pov.
it was a bright sunny Christmas day, everyone was up and heading into the living room to open up their gifts which contained clothes, sweets, and random sentimental things.
the ground was coated in snow like every Christmas morning, maybe 8 or 10 inches.
the house was filled with laughter and of course hilarious pranks from the twins, which wasn't very funny for everyone besides them.
Hallie got a book series from Sage and a necklace with a daisy on it, Hallie gifted Sage a book and a flower headband which she'll probably never wear other then today, Karl had also gotten one from Hallie, which had multiple colars, like red tulips and lavender, plus many others.
everyone loved their gifts, many got books, which was to be expected since half of them love books.
-
soon everyone was eating lunch and playing cards.
after cards they went outside, it was sunny so they played in the snow a bit.today was everyones last day of break, which meant back to school tommorow and packing tonight which wasn't a problem since they actually like school.
-
skip to night
soon the day had ended and everyone headed upstairs to gather their things ready for tomorow, soon enough they had decided after packing they would do one last thing together, it was late at night and they all gathered in a circle, they sat together chatting about their favorite things on Christmas break.
"lets play something" said Hallie, offering.
"like what" asked Hermione.
"spin the bottle" smirked Clementine jokingly.
almost everyones face in the room went bright red."truth or dare?" asked Sage, not quite knowing what to play.
"sure, ill go first" said Hallie.they all pondered for a few seconds, until Hallie had gotten a question prepared.
"Sage" she turned to Sage with a big smirk.
"truth or dare?" she asked, with such a big grin.
either way, Sage knew she would say something about Fred."uhm... truth" Sage said, she was not risking anything.
"what are your true honest feelings for your best~ friend Fred" she smiled, leaning herself back on her palms.
Sage rolled her eyes.
"Fred is a good friend" she said, cheeks blushing which she had hoped no one could see.
of course you could tell, and maybe even Fred by the way he side eyed Sage."moving on" Sage interrupted, adjusting the attention back to the game and away from her freckled face.
"Hallie" she almost snarled, jokingly of course, a bright smirk on her face, Hallie put her head in her hands, whilst shaking her head, she knew what was going to be asked if she chose truth.
"truth or dare" Sage said, she proudly sat up straight.Hallie knew either way it would have something to do with Karl, but she chose truth to be a bit more safe on her half.
"what are your true and honest feelings for Karl" Sage pestered, this seemed to be like almost everyone in this room must've had a crush on someone else.
"he's a great friend" Hallie sat up, head out of her hands, yet her cheeks were completely red, and she was fidgeting with her fingers.
"alright, for sure~" Sage taunted, leaning against Hallie nudging her elbow into her side, Hallie complained, pushing her away with a laugh.
