year 3
Clementines pov.
school was soon coming to a close which i was sad about.
not being able to see my friends everyday for two months was going to be the death of me.
everyone called me dramatic until they had all realized they felt the same.
we had agreed on sending letters and trying to plan meeting up occasionally, of course we all lived in different places but needed to make something work, besides, a long train ride to see my friends couldn't hurt.-
it had been a few weeks of school, everything was normal, just as normal as Hogwarts can get.
Hermione talked to me about how she had punched Draco.
and how she had went back in time which i don't quite believe her, but anything can happen really.
i celebrated the fact she had punched Draco in the face, wishing i was there to see it, if we're being honest it was well deserved.and everything that happened with Sirius Black, Harry's godfather, that he wasn't some crazy guy i guess.
and yes, all of that had happened in the span of two weeks, crazy.
-
my third year had been coming to a close, we only had about 3 more weeks of school, which made me sad, i hated having to leave everyone, and especially having to go home and pretend i was in boarding school.
i had gotten a letter in the mail from my foster parents, it was directed towards the school i was supposed to be staying at, thankfully before the school could get it, i asked Sage if she could send her owl to grab it for me, of course she said yes, what kind of friend would she be.
the letter was talking about how great life is blah blah, who cares, how my foster mother is pregnant with a boy, and how he's gonna be my "sibling" not that i cared all that much, i only had one sibling, who isn't even really my sibling anymore.
anyways, they said how excited they were for me to come back home, and hoped that my studies were well, that's the only letter i had gotten from them all year.
i was nervous to be heading back, i had come up with excuses on how math was and how everyone is a snob or a annoying person in general.
-
"Clementine wait up!" called my two friends from behind me, Sage and Hallie clinging onto my side.
"what's up with you" asked Hallie.if i'm going to be completely honest with you, i felt awkward having Darius flirt with every girl he knows, it's not like i like him like that but.. how do i explain it really?
both the girls caught me in my zoned out state.
"what's going on?" asked Sage, slightly concerned, as if i was in a trance.
"what- nothing, just I've got to get to class" i stuttered out, freeing myself from the situation i rushed down the halls pushing past the splattered groups of people.Hallie and Sage looked at each other, shrugging their shoulders and continuing to walk.
-
i didn't want these last few days to become awkward between the three of us, i guess you could say this is Darius's fault a little bit, none the less i pushed the thoughts and headed to Potions class.
"you okay?" asked Hermione, as i smacked the books onto the table, and climbed my way up onto my seat.
"perfect" i smiled at her, she nodded her head at me.
"alright" she mumbled, turning her head to look back down at the book she had laid open on the table.
