council Meeting
Hiccup was sleeping on the cold Stone floor, he soon woke up realizing the ropes were gone and there was a small plate of food with water.
hiccup started eating like a pig since he hadn't eaten in four days.
Hiccup was now just sitting there wondering when are they going to make him kill toothless.
It was hard to take in, the pain and suffering he had gone through being in this cell.
Alone with his thoughts, along with his misery as he knew even if he did what they said it still wouldn't change the fact he will always still be different and an outcast to his tribe of Berk.
It's hard to believe in a way for him that he used to want to kill dragons but now it's the last thing you ever wanted.
Soon the guards open the cell and grab hiccup and drag him out as the morning light was so bright in hiccup's eyes who had adjusted to the darkness he quickly shut them.
Were they taking him to the dragon-killing ring to force him to kill toothless now?
Well to a surprise he was actually being taken to the council, thank goodness no Viking this time throw anything at him.
By the time they got there, hiccup was once again just thrown onto the floor like the garbage he was to them.
Hiccup slowly adjusted to the light in the room and slowly open his eyes up to see the council.
The whole entire council and including his father well actually stoick.
"Sto...stoick?" Hiccup said with fear as all he still see was the same anger and disgust in their eyes.
stoick looked at the guards and the guards knew why stoick was looking at them for.
They quickly pick up hiccup and got him on his two feet but was having problems standing since he was low on energy.
"Is it..." Hiccup got cut off by one of the members of the council.
"You will speak when spoken to," hiccup kept his mouth shut.
stoick looked at his son with such disappointment and discussion, hiccup had dishonorable the haddock good name for all the generations of Berk.
"That's enough, everyone clear the room except for gobber, we will speak with this one here alone," stoick said as all left including the guards making hiccup fall to his knees but struggling to get on his own two feet.
stoick was disgusted at the fact of seeing hiccup like a pile of fishbone struggling to stand up, he look like nothing son of the chief.
"STOP THAT! if you cannot stand on your two feet then just stay down on the floor!" stoick said as hiccup did just that then.
gobber looks sad at the young lad, "stoick please, I think the lad has already learned his lesson, he can't even fight a dragon in this condition he is in right now."
stoick looks at gobber with hatred in his eyes, "gobber he will do it rather he wants to or not."
"At least give him a month or two or when perhaps when it's spring he'll be back in health to do it," gobber said as he knew hiccup would just die if he had to fight the dragon now.
Hiccup just sits there listening as he Mumbles under his breath, "please not toothless."
stoick and gobber heard those words, "you still care for so much that devil!"
Hiccup wouldn't look at his formal father, "he's still my friend my only friend."
stoick blood was boiling as you wanted to go right up to him and hit hiccup for saying those words.
gobber on the other hand wasn't so angry, "stoick there has to be some other punishment that can do for him so you can let this go."
"How can I let this go? gobber he threw in his lot for that dragon, why are you on his side with this?" stoick asked with hatred in his voice.
"You know Valka was just the same way too, she did believe the peace was possible," gobber said as hiccup look up as he heard those words about his mother believing it was possible to?
"And it was because of those beliefs that got her killed by a dragon and now hiccup is friends with one, no I won't allow this," stoick said as he look back at hiccup, "you will kill that night fury and after this, you will be fixed by all means necessary for it."
Hiccup had to think of something quick, "but wait..." Hiccup cut off again.
"No more waiting for this nonsense to keep going on with you hiccup, for once in your life do what we tell you!" stoick said as he was about to call the meeting over but hiccup had to say something.
"But what if I can find the nest," hiccup tries to suggest, "if I and toothless can find it would you let him live?"
stoick looks at hiccup, "as if the runt of the litter can find it, when spring comes you will kill that night fury until then you'll be put outside of the village where there's a small house for you to live but that's it, gobber take him and get him to the outcast house."
gobber went to get hiccup up, "but when will I visit toothless?"
"The dragon does not get visitors," stoick said as he didn't want to talk anymore.
gobber took a hiccup and left the room with him.
