Ragnar and valka we're being taken away by the two Featherhides dragons.

"Mom where are they taking us!?" Ragnar was panicking as he had never seen a dragon before but only knew there was a dragon as there was no other way that sound could have come from anything else.

"It's all right I won't let them hurt us!" Valka said but there was something going on in her mind that she didn't understand, why would these two dragons come out of nowhere and take them?

She kept wondering that as she was trying to keep her son calm, this wasn't the first time she was taken away by a dragon but something made no sense here.

It was only going to be a matter of time until she learned the truth.

Hours later

They were both dropped right next to a cave and they were surrounded by dragons everywhere.

Ragnar ran to his mother and hug her leg, a dragon came out of the cave that was pure black.

Valka had realized what it is, "a Night fury."

Valka had only seen one other before but never got the chance to learn more about them as they were hunted down.

She didn't know why they were all surrounding them however a man wearing a crown and a simple Brown vest with shorts with using a rope came.

He had thick brown hair with a beard, muscular build even though he was not big compared to the other Vikings, he was definitely rip no denying that.

"Are you valka? The wife of Stoick and the mother of hiccup and Ragnar?" He asked her and valka had no idea why this man would ask her that.

"Yes... I..  wait... Hiccup is that you?" Valka said as she now got a better look at the man's face.

Hiccup came over to her, "even after all these years you can recognize me, it's really you isn't it?"

Valka was surprised to see her son after all these years, she started to tear up and her son continue on.

"Do you know how long... How painful it was to be an outcast by my own tribe all because I was different!? And you were not even there?" Hiccup ask as he look like he was starting to cry as he was trying to hold back tears, "thinking that you were dead and you were alive this whole entire time and never came back!? WHY WERE YOU GONE ALL THESE YEARS!!"

Hiccup started to get very angry as his voice sounded like a dragon roaring and was ready to attack its prey.

"Hiccup I couldn't get back so easily, cloudjumper took me away and...?" Valka was cut off by a dragon who ran towards them.

Valka saw the Dragon and it was none other than cloudjumper, "it's you! Cloudjumper!"

"You both know each other?" Hiccup ask looking surprised and confused but cloudjumper nodded and explain.

Coming over closer to hiccup, "yes although I didn't know she was your mother, your mother was different compared to everyone else."

Hiccup stop cloudjumper right there, "I want you all to come with me, you will all explain to me what happened those years ago."

Heading into the cave, hiccup was now sitting in his large throne as he listened to both of them with their sides of the story.

When they were both done, hiccup just sit there for a minute and let his mind think, taking all the information in.

When he was finally done he spoke, "so let me get this straight 15 years you've been staying with the dragons and... Choose to never come back? When you had the choice to."

"I never came back because I thought you were better off without me, but I was wrong I see that now, I thought you would have just become like them, I didn't realize you would be put into this situation and what I heard about you befriending a Night fury," valka said as she got on her knees and beg for forgiveness, "please forgive me, just don't take it out on Ragnar, scream, yell, punish me anything."

Hiccup just smack his own face as he did not know what to think, "tell me what should I really do? Should I understand because I know it's like to be different? Should I be angry at the fact you never came back? Because now even I don't know what I want to do to you or how I feel about you with everything?"

Everyone could tell hiccup had so many emotions, he was definitely sad and angry all at the same time but confused as he did not know how to react to all this.

Hiccup eyes turn towards to Ragnar, "so you're my little brother?"

Ragnar nodded, "please come over here."

Ragnar came over but was very nervous and everyone else was getting nervous, hiccup pick him up and just hold him.

"It's nice to see a little young version of me, tell me valka have you been taking good care of him and has he been treated good by the tribe?" Hiccup ask her as valka nodded.

"Yes of course but he is a little bit shy but he was always curious to know more about you," valka explain.

"I know my Featherhides had told me, I had them to go spy on the island after Stoick attempted to invade, they retreated for now.

"Wait they were here?" Valka ask as hiccup nodded as he started to explain what happened.
