A big thank you to my friend MmaskofTragedy. She really saved me on the Covention chapter, I was stuck on a couple of scenes, and she just did her thing, and poof, chapter saved. Again, a big thank you to her.

MmaskofTragedy: You owe me fruit tea.....

Raven: I know..... 'T~T my wallet...'

Once again, I feel different, like in limbo, and yet not.

Madelene: This place again, huh....

I uttered, looking around my surroundings. Like before, everything is void of color, sounds, and thoughts. Only my thumping heart, the cold within me, and the nervousness I have connected to being here are all that can ironically comfort me into the abyss. I wandered around, seeking if anything had changed.

Madelene: This is going to sound stupid but.... A-ahem.... Hello!? Anyone there!?

I call out only to receive silence. Yup. But it's a nice thought, I guess.

Madelene: Good job Madelene. But hey, you confirmed no one is around to laugh at your stupidity!

I laughed deprecatingly to myself, shaking my head as I went nowhere else.

I keep walking. Walking. And walking. Until the void starts to present small changes. Little things that I have not noticed until it encompasses all I can see. Until structures appeared. Texture, smell, color, temperature, and trinkets. The halls that came to be, are decorated with portraits of silhouettes... silhouettes that I am familiar with. It is of my parents, and silhouettes smaller than them... silhouettes that have yellow eyes boring into me with mischief.

Madelene: What the HECK!?

I doubled back in surprise, blinking. The yellow eyes remain, staring at me playfully. It's awesome that something new happened but I cannot get off the chills that run down my body. Looking at the eyes one last time, familiarizing it, I turned my back and walked in fast-paced, disturbed. Once I pass by a mirror, I am once again, treated to a surprise I could never fathom.

Madelene: What is happening!?

I stared into the mirror, with my reflection staring back at me with purple glowing eyes

I stared into the mirror, with my reflection staring back at me with purple glowing eyes.

Madelene: Ooookay. This better be in my head than in real life....

My attention was pulled from my reflection when I heard the cries of a child.

Madelene: There it is again!

Stumbling to get through the direction, I passed by even more portraits of silhouettes. I reached the door where I heard the cries, I slowly reached for the door handle, and once I held it, color surged from the handle to the door, making me recoil in surprise.

Madelene: O...kay? That's... new...

I moved away from it, to touch a different door to see if it would gain color as well. It didn't.
