I Still Love You (a Smoleman Fanfic)*completed*

Chapter 1

Jenna first actually acted with Matt when she was filming Asylum of the Daleks. And her character died, while his lived on. Typical.

Mostly she just sat on the set and talked- no action. So she amused herself with chin jokes, which the producer incorporated into the script.

Because boy, did Matt have one hell of a chin.

And to Jenna, it was beautiful.

*present day, 2015 (Capaldi is the Doctor)* (a/n remember Lily JaMes wasn't included)

"Jen I've got a surprise for you!" said Moffat excitedly. Moffat wrote the scripts for Doctor Who.

She looked up from her inspection of her freshly painted nails. "Hmm??"

He grinned. "A friend's coming back!"

She smiled. "Sam? I love working with him! Are you bringing back Danny Pink?"

"No sorry. Gotta kill the fans's feels. But you know him..." Moffat raised his voice. "Come in!"

A tall man entered with a huge smile.

Jenna's eyes widened. "Matt..." she whispered softly.

"Peter decided to leave and Matt wanted back in. I found a way to do it!" Moffat explained.

She stood up and hugged him. "I missed you."

"Same..."

In truth, Jenna didn't want Matt back. Shed just gotten over her major crush on him to be loyal to her boyfriend Richard Madden. It was maddening. (no pun inetnded. Ok maybe a little....)

Matt studied her. "How come you're up to my chin now? You uses to be this small!" He made a tiny space between to fingers. TheN he glanced at her shoes. "Ohhh!"

She laughed. "Yeah. Heels, stilettos..." She purposefully stepped on him with her stilettos.

"Ow! Damn Jen, that hurts!!!!"

"It was supposed to!"

This was the way it used to be- the shameless flirting, the jokes, the close friendship formed.

And Matt had already stolen her heart.

Again.
