*one hour before the party*
Jenna finally picked out her outfit for the casual outdoor party- a lacy blue crop top and a soft, silvery skirt that stopped 5 inches above her knees.
She had half an hour left for makeup and put it on quickly, making sure it looked natural, but covering her blemishes (she doesn't actually have any, Jenna's beautiful).
Just as she grabbed her 3 inch wedges, a knock came at the door. "Coming!" she called, slipping her feet into her shoes and opened the door. "Hi."
Matt looked really casual in jeans and a tshiRt.
"Oh. Did I overdress?"
"Doesn't matter to me if the date is the prettiest girl at the party." Matt extended his hand. "M'lady," he said jokingly.
Jenna giggled andtook his hand, and they slowly promenaded to Matt's car, where he opened the door with a bow. She slipped into the passengers seat, and Matt closed the door, got in on the other side and revved the engines. "Let's go!"
When they arrived at Karen's house, music was blasting from inside the house, and couples were entering, all holding hands. Jenna wasn't sure whetther she should take Matt's hand...
